In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

According to Lebanon's National News Agency, the Israeli warplanes targeted the town of Kafr Tibneet, causing the initial injuries. The airstrikes also struck several other areas, including the outskirts of the villages of Kafr Houna, Jabal Al-Safi in the Jezzeen region, and the hills of Ray'han-Jabour, as well as the villages of Aramta and Sajjad. In a separate development, Israeli forces issued a threat to strike buildings in the southern district of Beirut, specifically in the Jamous area. A warning missile was fired toward one building, triggering a wave of panic and displacement as locals fled in fear of a potential massacre. Despite the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect since November 27, 2024, Israeli airstrikes continue to target areas in southern Lebanon. According to official data compiled by Anadolu Agency, Israel has violated the ceasefire 1,289 times, resulting in at least 108 fatalities and 335 injuries. M.N *** IOFs boms the town of A-Khiyam with incendiary shells, in South Lebanon Friday 28-March-2025 BEIRUT, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) bombed the town of Al-Khiyam in southern Lebanon with incendiary bombs on Friday, while threatening to bomb the capital, Beirut. Local media sources, meanwhile, reported that the IOFs carried out artillery shelling around the town of Kfar Seer in southern Lebanon and the area of Ya'hmur in southern Lebanon. The Israeli occupation army claimed that it detected the launch of two rockets from Lebanon towards Kiryat Shmona and its surroundings. Israeli Army Minister Israel Katz threatened Beirut with bombardment, stating, “If the residents of Kiryat Shmona and the Galilee do not enjoy calm, there will be no calm in Beirut.” The IOFs continues its daily airstrikes on villages and towns in southern Lebanon, clearly violating the ceasefire. Earlier, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that five people were martyred on Thursday in Israeli airstrikes on two towns in the south. Since last Saturday, Israel has escalated its attacks on Lebanon after claiming that one of its settlements in the north was attacked by rockets from the Lebanese territory, a claim that Hezbollah denied any connection to. On October 8, 2023, a cross-border confrontation began between Hezbollah and Israel, which turned into a wide-scale war on September 23, 2024, resulting in more than 4,000 martyrs and approximately 17,000 injuries—among them a big number of children and women—along with the displacement of about 1.4 million people. Despite the ceasefire agreement coming into effect on November 27, 2024, Israel committed 1,263 violations, resulting in at least 100 martyrs and 331 injuries, according to official Lebanese data. Israel has evaded completing its withdrawal from southern Lebanon by February 18, contrary to the agreement, as it executed a partial withdrawal and continues to occupy five major Lebanese hills within areas it seized during the last war. Recently, it has also begun establishing a border strip extending one to two kilometers deep into Lebanese territory. For decades, Israel has occupied lands in Lebanon and Syria and refuses to withdraw from them. *** 'Israel' bombs Beirut, South Lebanon By Al-Mayadeen English 28 Mar 2025 The Israeli occupation bombed a building in a populated neighborhood in Beirut, situated next to two schools. Following three Israeli drone strikes, Israeli occupation forces bombed and destroyed a building they had threatened earlier in 'Hadath in the southern suburb of Beirut. The building that was destroyed is situated next to two schools, as the bombs were dropped during a school day in a usually crowded area, during rush hour in the holy month of Ramadan. Simultaneously, the occupation launched a wave of heavy airstrikes across southern Lebanon. Al-Mayadeen correspondent reported that search and rescue operations are still undergoing in Kfar Tibneet in Southern Lebanon, in Al-Nabatiya governorate, where the Israeli warplanes destroyed a house earlier in the day. The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Health Ministry issued a statement confirming that the Israeli raid on the town of Kfar Tibneet resulted in an updated death toll of three martyrs, including one woman. In addition, 18 people were injured today, including six children and eight women, during "Israel's" relentless raids in South Lebanon. Rockets fired an 'Israeli pretext to resume aggression': 'Hizbullah A senior 'Hizbullah source announced on Friday that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon is fully committed to the ceasefire agreement brokered and effectuated in November 2024. According to the source, Hezbollah was not involved in the rockets launched toward northern occupied Palestine earlier this morning, affirming that such incidents reflect suspicious pretexts to justify the continuation of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon. Hezbollah media relations announced in a statement that the Al-Quds Day celebration scheduled for today was cancelled due to the Israeli aggression on the southern suburb of Beirut. Katz threatens Beirut This comes after Security Minister Israeli Katz said that Lebanon's capital, Beirut, was the equivalent of Kiryat Shmona, threatening action against the city. "If there is no calm in Kiryat Shmona and Galilee's settlements, then there will be no calm in Beirut," he claimed after the spokesperson for the Israeli military announced two rocket launches toward the northern settlements, one of which was intercepted, while the other fell short in Lebanese lands. Israeli warplanes targeted the Iqleem Al-Tuffa'h heights, as well as the town of Kafr Tibneet in southern Lebanon. Israeli aggression also targeted Birket Al-Jabbour in Kfar Houna, Mount Safi in Jizzeen, as well as Aramta and Sajjad. The outskirts of Qa'qa'iyat Al-Jisr near the Litani River came under intense artillery shelling. Simultaneously, Israeli strikes also targeted the vicinity of Ya'hmor Al-Shaqeef. The Israeli artillery bombardment also hit the outskirts of Al-Naqoura and 'Aita Al-Sha'b. This came amid the constant hovering of Israeli warplanes over the city of Soor (Tyre) and the village of Bint Jubail districts. Meanwhile, the city of Sayda and its eastern villages witnessed intense low-altitude overflights, as did Jezzeen and various areas in southern Lebanon. "Israel" also targeted the area between Qa'qa'iyat Al-Jisr and Kafr Seer, while artillery and phosphorus shelling targeted the eastern vicinity of Al-Khiyam. Kafr Kila was also targeted, while an Israeli shell was launched toward Al-Tayba. *** US airstrikes escalate in Yemen as 71 raids hit in 24 hours By Al-Mayadeen English 28 Mar 2025 Within a 24-hour period, a total of 71 airstrikes were recorded across San'a and the provinces of 'UAmran, Sa'da, Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-Hudaydah. Al-Mayadeen's correspondent reported Friday that US warplanes launched more than 26 airstrikes targeting multiple areas in Yemen, including the capital San'a and the provinces of Sa'da and Al-Jawf. In San'a, the strikes focused on the southern region of the city. Eight raids specifically hit the Al-Sawad area in the San'han district, located south of the capital. In Sa'da province, northern Yemen, US forces carried out 10 additional strikes, including two on the Sa'har district. One civilian was killed and three others injured when a farm east of Sa'da City was bombed. This marks a clear escalation in US military activity. Within a 24-hour period, a total of 71 airstrikes were recorded across San'a and the provinces of 'Amran, Sa'da, Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-'Hudayidah. US conducts 40 airstrikes On Thursday evening alone, US aircraft conducted more than 40 strikes across several regions, including San'a and its outskirts, as well as areas in Al-Hudayidah, Sa'da, and 'Amran. The attacks caused significant damage to property and to the country's communications infrastructure. Meanwhile, in San'a's Al-Sab'een Square, millions of Yemenis took to the streets on Friday to mark International Quds Day. The mass rallies strongly condemned the continued aggression against both Gaza and Yemen. Protesters declared: "We continue to stand against the Zionist enemy and the American enemy in confronting their aggression on Gaza and our country, Yemen." In a statement issued on Friday, Hamas said the recent discovery of the bodies of 15 first responders, found buried in sand next to their destroyed vehicles in the Tel al-Sultan and Al-Baraksat areas of Rafa'h—days after losing contact with them—reveals the extent of the atrocity committed during the latest Israeli assault. The Movement stressed that the deliberate targeting of emergency workers while performing their humanitarian duties represents one of the most egregious violations of the laws of war, and forms part of Israel’s ongoing attacks against civilians in the Gaza Strip. “The Israeli war machine recognizes no limits to its brutality,” the statement read. Hamas condemned what it described as international silence in the face of these crimes, calling such inaction unacceptable complicity. It held the international community historically accountable for failing to stop what it labeled a campaign of systematic extermination. The Movement also called on the United Nations, its specialized agencies, and international humanitarian organizations, particularly the International Committee of the Red Cross, to take urgent action to establish an international investigation into this atrocity. Hamas further urged investigators to be granted immediate access to Rafa'h to determine the fate of thousands of civilians who remain unaccounted for and to facilitate urgent humanitarian relief to devastated areas across the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has earlier confirmed that the fate of nine of its emergency responders remains unknown for the sixth consecutive day, after they were besieged and reportedly targeted by Israeli forces in Rafa'h, southern Gaza. The PRCS said its teams returned to Tel Al-Sultan in Rafa'h, accompanied by representatives from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), in an attempt to determine the whereabouts of the missing medics. However, the Israeli occupation soldiers prevented the teams from entering the area and forced them to withdraw, obstructing the search efforts. The statement noted that none of the medics’ bodies have been located so far, though on Thursday, four ambulances were discovered completely destroyed and buried under sand, offering grim evidence of the intensity of the attack. The PRCS stressed that the Israeli military is deliberately hindering search and rescue operations, impeding all efforts to uncover what happened to the missing personnel. After five days of attempting to secure access, Red Crescent teams were only granted permission on Thursday to enter the area. The organization has since lost contact with 14 members of its own staff and those from the civil defense, after Israeli forces surrounded and attacked them during operations in Rafah. *** 'Hamas: Gaza truce talks with mediators stepping up Friday 28-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Basim Na'eem, a member of the 'Hamas Political Bureau, has confirmed that the Movement has intensified its communications with mediators in recent days in a bid to reach a concrete proposal to end the current crisis and halt the ongoing Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip. In press remarks on Friday, Na'eem expressed cautious optimism, stating: “We hope the coming days will bring a genuine breakthrough in this war.” He affirmed that 'Hamas is engaging with the proposals with full responsibility, openness, and flexibility in an effort to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. Israel’s aggressive military campaign and acts of collective punishment against the civilian population in Gaza have now continued for eleven consecutive days, following its breach of a fragile ceasefire that had lasted 57 days. The remarks come amid growing international concern over the scale of destruction and civilian casualties in Gaza, and increased calls for a sustainable and just resolution to the hostilities. *** ****** 43 Palestinians martyred, 115 injured in Gaza in the past 24 hours Friday 28-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC and WAFA) The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip announced on Friday that its hospitals received 43 martyrs, including two bodies retrieved from the rubble, and 115 wounded citizens over the past 24 hours. The Ministry pointed out that the casualties of the Israeli renewed aggression since March 18 had reached 896 martyrs and 1,984 injured. The overall number of casualties since Israel launched its war of genocide on Gaza on October 7, 2023 had reached 50,251 martyrs and 114,025 wounded, it added. The Ministry pointed out that an unspecified number of victims are still trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings or lying on roads and rescue teams cannot reach them. *** Two Palestinians killed in Israeli drone strike in Khan Younis GAZA, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were killed today in an Israeli drone strike that targeted a civilian vehicle west of Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip. According to WAFA correspondent, an Israeli drone fired at the vehicle in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younus, resulting in the killing of Ma'hmoud 'Udwan and Isma'eeil Shakshak. The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 50,208 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 113,910 others injured. Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks. Israel's genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. M.N. *** Three Palestinians killed, including a child, and several injured in Israeli airstrike on Jabalia GAZA, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians, including a child, were killed and several others injured today following an airstrike by Israeli forces on a tent sheltering displaced people in the Jabalya refugee camp in northern Gaza. Local sources reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a tent in the Al-Fakhoura area of the camp, which was home to displaced families. The attack resulted in the killing of three people and left others wounded. M.N. *** 14 civilians killed, including children, in Israeli airstrike on a house in Gaza's Al-Zaytoun neighborhood GAZA, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – At least 14 Palestinian civilians were killed and several others injured late last night following an Israeli airstrike on a house in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, according to local sources. Israeli warplanes targeted a house belonging to the 'Awwad family on Kashkou Street in the Al-Zaytoun district, resulting in the murder of 14 people, including women and children. Several others were injured, and emergency responders are still searching the rubble for survivors and casualties. In another airstrike, two people were killed when Israeli fighter jets targeted a gathering of civilians in the Shawka area, east of Rafa'h. Additionally, two people, including a child, were injured in a strike on a home belonging to the Al-Bureem family in the Bani Suheila town, east of Khan Younus. Simultaneously, massive explosions were heard in the North Gaza Governorate and in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah, following the demolition of residential buildings by Israeli forces. Witnesses also reported heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles in the 'Izbet 'Abd Rabbo area east of Jabalya and in the northern regions of Bait Lahya, located in the northern Gaza Strip. M.N. *** PRCS: The fate of nine of PRCS crews in Rafa'h remains unknown GAZA, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said on Friday that the fate of nine of its crews remains unknown for the sixth consecutive day after they were besieged and targeted by Israeli occupation forces in the Tel al-Sultan area of Rafa'h. It added that in coordination with and accompanied by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), its crew made its way to Rafa'h’s Tel Al-Sultan area to clarify the fate of its nine crew members. However, they were denied access by the occupation forces to the area. It noted that the body of neither its crew members was retrieved so far although they successfully had found the four ambulances destroyed and covered by sand. It said that the Israeli occupation forces continue to deliberately obstruct the search operations for the missing crew members. K.F. *** Palestinian killed in an Israeli air strike on Rafa'h, southern Gaza GAZA, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike late last night in the eastern part of Rafa'h, located in the southern Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that the Israeli forces targeted civilians near the Al-Mashrou' roundabout, east of Rafah, resulting in one person killed and multiple injuries. In addition, Israeli military vehicles opened fire heavily east of 'Abasan Al-Kaeeira, situated east of Khan Younus. Furthermore, Israeli artillery shelled the area surrounding Jabal Al-Sourani, east of the Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood in Gaza City, causing damage but not casualties. Israel has been waging a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, so far killing at least 50,208 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 113,910 others. Moreover, thousands of people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafa'h near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine's largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. M.N. *** Casualties reported as Israeli renewed aggression on Gaza enters 11th consecutive day Friday 28-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces have continued their renewed offensive on the Gaza Strip for the eleventh consecutive day, carrying out further airstrikes in what has been described as a brutal escalation of killings and acts of collective punishment. According to medical sources, several Palestinian civilians have been killed in the ongoing air raids launched by Israeli forces since the early hours of Thursday morning. Intensified Israeli fire was reported in the eastern areas of 'Abasan Al-Kabeera, east of Khan Younus, and 'Izbet Abd Rabbo, east of Jabalya in the northern Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, Israeli artillery also targeted the Jabal al-Sourani area, east of Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood in eastern Gaza City. Two Palestinians, 'Alaa Mustafa Abu Shallouf and Asid Abdul Qadir Abu Shallouf, were killed and others injured in a drone strike on a group of civilians in the Shoaka area, east of Rafa'h. In Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, located in eastern Gaza City, three more civilians were killed and others injured following an Israeli airstrike on a residential home. Additional injuries were reported after an airstrike hit a house in Bani Suhayla, east of Khan Younus, further illustrating the indiscriminate nature of the ongoing attacks. Meanwhile, the World Central Kitchen (WCK) said Israeli strikes near a community kitchen in Gaza on Thursday killed one of its volunteers and injured six others “as meals were being distributed.” “Our hearts are heavy today as we mourn the loss of one of our volunteers in Gaza,” WCK said in a statement. In April 2024, a series of Israeli military strikes killed seven WCK staffers in Gaza, drawing international condemnation. The continued targeting of residential areas and civilians comes amid growing international concern over the scale of destruction and loss of life, as Israel’s bombardment of Gaza persists without accountability. Rights groups have reiterated that indiscriminate attacks on populated areas constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law, calling for urgent protection for civilians and immediate international action to halt the bloodshed. *** Gaza on the eve of 'Eidul-Fitr: No Life, No Joy Friday 28-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) For the second consecutive year, 'Eidul-Fitr arrives in Gaza amidst destruction, bombardment, the loss of lives, and hunger, where joy is absent and replaced by cries and mourning. Eighteen months of continuous war have turned the holiday in the besieged enclave into just another day of pain and tragedy, with no homes welcoming visitors, no bustling markets filled with buyers, and no squares brimming with children’s laughter. 'Eid in Gaza has become merely a memory, as the little ones who once awaited it in new clothes and with colorful toys now spend it amidst rubble or in displacement camps, searching for a life they have lost under bombardment and siege. A holiday in the shadows of death and displacement In the streets of Gaza, which used to be adorned with lights and lanterns every 'Eid, today there is only destruction and debris. The markets that once overflowed with sweets and new clothes have become ruins, and the shops are either destroyed or empty due to the blockade. Thousands of families have lost their homes, and millions of dreams have been buried beneath the rubble. Um Mohammed, a displaced woman from northern Gaza living in a tent in Dair El-Bala'h, looks at her children sadly and says, “'Eid used to be a joy, a gathering of family and loved ones, but today we are displaced, sitting in a tent, and we can’t even afford new clothes for our children. How can we celebrate?” Meanwhile, Mahmoud, a ten-year-old boy, holds his old toy that he salvaged from the ruins of his destroyed home and says quietly, “I wish I had new clothes, to play with my friends, to visit my grandparents… but our house is gone, and so are they… 'Eid is not 'Eid.” 'Eid Food… A distant dream In Gaza, where 'Eid was once welcomed with cakes, the aroma of coffee, and abundant tables, obtaining a morsel of food has become a daily battle. The lack of food and water makes even the simplest manifestations of 'Eid impossible. Abu Khalid, standing in line for food aid, says, “Our children used to wake up on 'Eid to find breakfast ready, 'Eid sweets, chocolates, nuts… today we wake up to nothing but dry bread, if we find it!” Gaza’s message to the world: Do you hear our moans? On the second 'Eid under siege and bombardment, the people of Gaza send a message to the world: “Enough silence… enough neglect… we are dying, our children are burning, our dreams are buried under the rubble. Where is the world in our tragedy?” 'Eid is no longer an occasion for joy in Gaza; it has become a painful reminder of what its people have lost. With each new bombardment and each martyr that falls, the pain increases, but there remains hope that this war will end, so that Eid may one day return filled with true joy, not the sorrow of loss and displacement. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Israeli occupation forces kidnap Palestinian in Jineen after shooting him Jineen, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces kidnapped a Palestinian man early this morning after shooting him in the town of Maythaloan, located south of Jineen. Local sources reported that an undercover unit of the Israeli army infiltrated Maythaloan and surrounded the home of Abdul Kareem Rabaya'. The forces opened fire on him, injuring him with live ammunition before subjecting him to field interrogation. Furthermore, the occupation forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching Rabaya', and detained him without providing any information regarding his health condition. M.N. *** IOFs continue aggression against Jineen and its camp for the 67th day Friday 28-March-2025 Jineen, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) continued the aggression on Jineen city and its refugee camp for the 67th consecutive day on Friday, amid bulldozing and burning houses, and converting others into military barracks. The IOFs kidnapped five citizens from the towns of Jineen governorate. An Israeli special force surrounded the house of Abdul Kareem Rabayi'h in Maythaloun town and shot him before arresting him, while the others were arrested from 'Anza and Mirka towns. The IOFs have been escalating kidnappings in the Jineen governorate, with kidnappings being carried out almost daily in the city and its nearby towns and villages. The IOFs dispatched military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers to Jineen refugee camp, amid continued shooting and bulldozing and expanding the streets and building new roads in the camp, in addition to intensive drone flights. The number of people displaced from the camp has reached 21,000, distributed between the city of Jineen and its towns. The mayor of Jineen said in a press statement that 3,250 housing units in Jineen refugee camp have become uninhabitable due to destruction and burning in the ongoing Israeli aggression. The 67-day aggression on Jineen City and Jenin camp has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 34 citizens and the injury of dozens of others, in addition to hundreds of arrests and raids on homes, villages and towns in the governorate. *** Israeli occupation forces impose tight restrictions on worshippers in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on final Friday of Ramadhan Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces have continued to impose strict restrictions on Palestinian worshippers commuting from the West Bank to Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) to pray at Al-Aqsa Mosque on the fourth and final Friday of the holy month of Ramadhan. Since early Friday morning, hundreds of elderly Palestinians gathered at multiple Israeli checkpoints around occupied Jerusalem in an attempt to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform the last Friday prayer of Ramadan there. At these checkpoints, Israeli occupation forces conducted identity checks, denying entry to men under the age of 55 and women under the age of 50, unless they had special permits. Eyewitnesses told WAFA that Israeli forces sent back dozens of elderly Palestinians at the Qalandya and Bethlehem checkpoints who were on their way to Al-Aqsa, claiming that they lacked the necessary permits to enter Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). Furthermore, Israeli forces enforced strict measures at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, where they conducted thorough identity checks on young people entering the Old City and the mosque compound. Several individuals were prevented from entering due to these restrictions. M.N. *** Israeli military continues its wide-scale aggression on Toulkarm for 61st day TULKARM, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation military continues its wide-scale assault on the city of Toulkarm and its refugee camp for the 61st consecutive day, and for the 48th day on Nour Shams refugee camp to the east, amid escalating forced evacuations, repeated incursions, and widespread destruction of infrastructure. In the early hours of this morning, Israeli military units, including infantry and military vehicles, were deployed in the Gold Market in the center of Toulkarm city. They halted the movement of vehicles and civilians, conducting field interrogations with several residents, and forced them to leave the market under the pretext of imposing a curfew. The Israeli forces also raided an agricultural supplies store in the area, breaking its gate, searching the store, and damaging its contents. Another raid was carried out at a shop near the Al-Salam Roundabout in the eastern neighborhood, where soldiers vandalized the store’s contents. Israeli military vehicles were seen patrolling various streets of the city, including the Abu Safiya intersection, the Slaughterhouse Roundabout, and the Vegetable Market. The vehicles drove against traffic, causing confusion and leading to several vehicle collisions. Additionally, Israeli forces set up flying military checkpoints in several locations across the city. Eyewitnesses reported that soldiers stopped vehicles for extended periods, conducting thorough searches, and also fired stun grenades at the vehicles. The ongoing Israeli assault on Toulkarm and its camps has led to the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens have been injured or detained, and more than 24,000 people have been displaced from both the Toulkarm and Nour Shams refugee camps, in addition to the numerous families forced to flee from the northern neighborhoods of the city. The continued military assault has resulted in widespread destruction, including the demolition of homes, businesses, and vehicles, many of which have been either completely or partially destroyed, burned, looted, or damaged. The entrances to both refugee camps and their alleyways have been blocked by dirt mounds, further isolating the population. M.N. *** For the 61st day, IOFs continue its aggression against Toulkarm Friday 28-March-2025 Toulkarm, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) have continued on Friday their aggression on Toulkarm City and Tulkarem refugee camp for the 61st consecutive day, and for the 48th day on the nearby Nur Shams camp, amid military escalation, intensive reinforcements and attacks on markets and shops. After midnight, IOFs infantry squads and military vehicles were deployed in the gold market in Tulkarem city center, blocking the movement of vehicles and citizens, interrogating a number of them in the field, and forcing them to leave the area under the pretext of the curfew. They also stormed two shops for agricultural supplies in the area, searched them thoroughly, broke the gate of one of the shops, and sabotaged their contents. At night, the IOFs vehicles roamed the streets of the city against the direction of traffic, confusing and blocking traffic and hitting some vehicles. Meanwhile, the IOFs set up makeshift military checkpoints in several locations in the city, especially in the vicinity of the Phar'oan roundabout in the south, and on the road connecting the suburb of Thenabeh and the town of Kufr al-Labad, which became an alternative route for vehicles after the IOFs destroyed the Nablus Street at the main entrance to the city. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli occupation soldiers stopped the vehicles for long hours and conducted thorough searches, in addition to firing stun grenades at them. The IOFs pushed more reinforcements of military vehicles and bulldozers to Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, deployed in several neighborhoods, and imposed strict procedures on the movement of citizens and vehicles. Toulkarm refugee camp witnessed a large military deployment in Al-Hadeeda and Al-Matar neighborhoods, where soldiers raided houses, broke down their doors and vandalized their contents, coinciding with the continued displacement of residents of Al-Hadeeda and Al-Rabaea neighborhoods after they were forced out of their homes. In Nur Shams refugee camp, the occupation soldiers fired live bullets heavily and indiscriminately at dawn on Friday, while the occupation bulldozers closed several entrances in Jabal al-Nasr neighborhood with earth mounds, amid a tight siege in the camp, accompanied by the seizure of dozens of houses and turning them into military barracks. In Nablus Street, IOF soldiers reinforced their presence at a military barracks they set up inside residential buildings after forcing their owners to evacuate them, coinciding with the destruction caused by their bulldozers in the street after closing its sections with earthen berms. The aggression caused widespread destruction of infrastructure, houses, shops and vehicles, which were completely and partially demolished, burned, vandalized, and looted, with 396 houses completely destroyed and 2,573 partially destroyed in Tulkarem and Nur Shams camps, in addition to closing their entrances and alleys with earth mounds. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack livestock in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked livestock belonging to Palestinian citizens in the northern Jordan Valley on Friday, killing two sheep. According to 'Aarif Daraghma, a local human rights activist, a number of Israeli colonists assaulted the livestock belonging to a local herder while they were grazing near his tents in Al-Farisiyah hamlet. The attack resulted in the killing of two sheep. The area and its residents have long been targeted by Israeli colonists, who frequently assault Palestinians, prevent them from accessing grazing lands, steal livestock, and raid their tents. M.N. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian shepherds in Masafir Yatta, injuring five Al-Khaleel (Hebron), March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – Five Palestinians were injured, including two children, when the illegal Israeli settlers launched an attack on shepherds in the village of Khirbet Jinba, located in the Masafir Yatta area, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), on Friday. Osama Makhamra, a local activist, reported that armed Israeli colonists assaulted Mahir A'hmed Mu'hammed and his son, Osama, while they were tending to their livestock. The colonists beat them, causing bruises and injuries. The assault continued as the colonists attacked other residents of Khirbet Jinba. Among the injured were Aziz al-Amour and his son, Ahmad, who sustained injuries and fractures. Another 70-year-old man was also injured in the attack. The victims were rushed to hospital for medical treatment. Makhamra further reported that shortly after the attack, Israeli occupation forces raided the village, searched homes, and destroyed belongings inside several residences. The Israeli soldiers detained and mistreated the residents during the raid. This assault is part of a broader pattern of terror attacks by Israeli colonists against Palestinian shepherds and property in the villages and hamlets of Masafir Yatta, with the backing of the Israeli military. These attacks aim to forcibly displace the local population to expand the illegal Israeli settlements in the area. M.N. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UN official: Deep concerns about the forced displacement of Palestinians in Gaza NEW YORK, March 29, 2025 (WAFA) - UN Human Rights Office spokesperson, Thameen Al-Kheetan, expressed deep concern about the shrinking space for civilians in Gaza who are being forcibly displaced by the Israeli army from large swaths of territory. “Since the resumption of its military campaign on 18 March, the Israeli army has issued 10 mandatory “evacuation orders”, covering large areas across all governorates of the Gaza strip.” Of particular concern is northern Gaza, over half of which appears to be under such orders. Tens of thousands of Palestinians are reportedly trapped in Khan Younus and Rafa'h. Those who are displaced are not guaranteed safety. The Israeli army ordered the population from western Rafa'h to go to Al Mawasi, which has been reportedly bombarded, said the UN Human Rights Office spokesperson in a statement. “These evacuations fail to comply with the requirements of international humanitarian law. Israel is not taking any measures to provide accommodation for the evacuated population, nor ensure that these evacuations are conducted in satisfactory conditions of hygiene, health, safety and nutrition.” Civilians who have endured multiple displacement as a result of such orders are again faced with the stark choice of being displaced once more or staying and risking their lives and those of their loved ones, read the statement. “We call on all parties to reach a permanent ceasefire as soon as possible. Israel must immediately end its blockade of humanitarian assistance and refrain from any acts amounting to forcible transfer of Gaza’s population. Forcible transfer is a serious violation of international humanitarian law and constitutes a crime under international law.” *** UN Security Council to hold closed session on Gaza's humanitarian situation NEW YORK, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Security Council is set to hold a closed-door session today, Friday, to discuss the humanitarian situation in Gaza. During the session, Edem Wosornu, the Director of Operations and Advocacy at the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), will provide a briefing to the Council members. The session was called at the request of France and the United Kingdom, with the support of Algeria, to address the dire humanitarian conditions in Gaza and the protection of relief workers in the region. The Council presidency has announced that an official statement will be adopted at the end of the session, in accordance with Article 55 of the Council's provisional rules of procedure. M.N. *** UNRWA: Accumulation of waste in Gaza puts lives at risk NEW YORK, March 28, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has raised alarm over the growing accumulation of waste in Gaza, warning that it is endangering both public health and lives. In a post shared on X on Friday, UNRWA asserted that many people in Gaza have been forced to live in tents surrounded by heaps of waste. The agency added that this worsening waste crisis is intensifying both environmental and health challenges, making the already difficult humanitarian situation for Palestinians even more perilous. On Thursday, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini confirmed that no humanitarian aid has entered Gaza in over three weeks, marking the longest period without supplies since the beginning of the ongoing Israeli military actions 18 months ago. Lazzarini underscored the urgent need for the Israeli blockade to be lifted, the reopening of border crossings to allow the regular flow of humanitarian aid and commercial supplies, the cessation of airstrikes, and the resumption of the ceasefire in Gaza. M.N. *** UNICEF warns of growing child malnutrition crisis amid funding shortfalls NEW YORK, March 27, 2025 (WAFA) – UNICEF has warned that at least 14 million children worldwide are suffering from malnutrition and facing further disruption to vital food aid, as key international donors, including the United States, reduce their aid budgets. In response to the crisis, UNICEF urged governments and charitable organizations to contribute to its Child Nutrition Fund to prevent a potential famine from spiraling out of control. UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell said significant progress has been made regarding the combating of child hunger since the beginning of the century, but cautioned that these gains are at risk of being undone. "Good nutrition is the foundation of a child's resilience and development, with remarkable returns on investment," Russell said in a statement. "The returns will be measured in stronger families, communities, and nations, contributing to a more stable world." She also pointed out that the current funding shortfall comes at a time of unprecedented need for children, who are still grappling with record levels of displacement, ongoing and protracted conflicts, disease outbreaks, and the deadly effects of climate change. M.N. *** UN High Commissioner: Forcible transfer of Gaza civilians constitutes a war crime Friday 28-March-2025 NEW YORK, (PIC) The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, has declared that the forcible transfer of Gaza’s civilian population amounts to a war crime and constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law. In a statement issued on Friday, Türk called for an immediate and lasting ceasefire in Gaza, urging Israel to cease its obstruction of humanitarian aid and refrain from any actions that may constitute war crimes. He expressed grave concern over the shrinking space available for civilians in Gaza, who have been subjected to forced displacement and military evacuation orders issued by the Israeli army since the resumption of its military campaign on 18 March. These operations have affected broad areas across all governorates, including the forced evacuation of half the northern part of the Strip, and have resulted in tens of thousands of civilians being trapped in Khan Younus and Rafa'h. The current military offensive, now in its eleventh consecutive day, marks a resumption of Israel’s brutal campaign, following its breach of the fragile 57-day ceasefire. The assault, carried out with explicit US support, continued Arab silence, and blatant international double standards have drawn widespread condemnation from human rights observers. Türk’s statement highlights the urgent need for accountability and adherence to international law, as the civilian population of Gaza faces ongoing displacement, bombardment, and deprivation in what many legal experts warn may amount to acts of collective punishment and crimes against humanity. *** Israeli occupation army targeted 26 food kitchens, 37 aid centers since start of the genocide Friday 28-March-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza confirmed that the Israeli occupation army targeted 26 food kitchens and 37 aid centers since the beginning of the genocide war “in pursuit of the systematic starvation war against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.” The Office said in a statement on Friday that in a new crime added to the Israeli record of violations and crimes against humanity, the occupation army directly targeted 26 food kitchens since the onset of the genocide war on the Gaza Strip, noting that these kitchens provided meals for the displaced and the needy. The occupation army also brutally bombed more than 37 aid distribution centers, confirming to the entire world that it adopts a systematic starvation policy as a tool of war and genocide against more than 2.4 million Palestinians trapped in the Gaza Strip, according to the statement. The GMO affirmed that this crime comes within the context of a tightened siege imposed by Israel for nearly a month, after the occupation army completely closed the crossings and prevented the entry of humanitarian and relief aid, including vital fuel trucks needed by the Strip to maintain the most basic levels of life. It noted that since the beginning of March until today, 16,800 humanitarian aid trucks, in addition to 1,400 fuel trucks (diesel and cooking gas), were supposed to enter Gaza, but the occupation army prevented their entry, “tightening its grip on the enclave and increasing the suffering of our Palestinian people, who are living in unprecedented tragic conditions.” It said, “In a blatant challenge to all international laws and norms, the occupation continues to obstruct the implementation of the humanitarian protocol it signed, as it prevented the entry of 200,000 tents and 60,000 caravans designated for sheltering nearly 280,000 displaced Palestinian families whose homes were demolished by the occupation army. It also refuses to allow the entry of heavy equipment necessary for clearing rubble and retrieving the bodies of more than 11,000 martyrs and missing persons still under the debris, in a scene that encapsulates the size of the humanitarian disaster facing the Strip.” It pointed out that the siege imposed today on Gaza is nothing but an extension of a systematic policy of starvation and thirst pursued by the occupation forces for 18 years, but it has reached unprecedented levels of brutality today, with food and medicine sources being targeted and humanitarian aid being prevented, which warns of a humanitarian catastrophe threatening the lives of more than 2.4 million Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, amid a shameful international silence and the inability of humanitarian organizations to fulfill their role. The GMO condemned in the strongest terms the continued Israeli crime of genocide, holding the occupation and the U.S. administration fully responsible for the catastrophic deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip in an unprecedented manner, and called on all free countries of the world to condemn these crimes which international law classifies as crimes against humanity. It finally warned that the continuation of this brutal criminal policy will only lead to more suffering and slow death for civilians in the Gaza Strip, and demanded the international community, the United Nations, and all human rights and humanitarian bodies to urgently intervene to stop these crimes, end the unjust siege, and hold Israel accountable for its crimes that amount to genocide against the Palestinian people. *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
