Here are some initial (not final) statistics, which show the Israeli war crimes against humanity, during the current Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, based on the reliable data reported by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza:

By June 25, 2025, the initial death toll of Palestinians who have been killed by the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza Strip is 69,573+.   

This includes the accounted for deaths (56,156) and those who are still missing under the rubble (an estimate of at least 13,417+). 

By June 25, 2025, the documented injuries exceeded 132,239.

By June 25, 2025, according to news report, 988 Palestinians who were killed, 6,896 who were injured, and 12,454*, who were abducted by Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank, since October 7, 2023.

Note About the Missing Palestinians in the Gaza Strip:

On February 26, 2025, the Palestinian Center for Political and Development Studies announced that the number of the missing in the Gaza Strip has exceeded 14,000 people, including 2,000-3,000 held in Israeli occupation prisons, without releasing any information on their fate.

"إِنْ أَحْسَنتُمْ أَحْسَنتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ ۖ وَإِنْ أَسَأْتُمْ فَلَهَا ۚ فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ الْآخِرَةِ لِيَسُوءُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ وَلِيَدْخُلُوا الْمَسْجِدَ كَمَا دَخَلُوهُ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَلِيُتَبِّرُوا مَا عَلَوْا تَتْبِيراً ‎(الإسْرَاءُ ، 17: 7).

"Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32).

"And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93).

"If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7).

While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

 After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

Death toll across Gaza Strip surges to 56,156, over 132,239 injured

GAZA, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) – 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Wednesday that the death toll from Israel’s ongoing aggression in the Gaza Strip has risen to 56,156, the majority of whom are women and children, since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.

The number injuries has also climbed to 132,239, with many victims still trapped under the rubble, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense crews due to the continuous bombardment and destruction of infrastructure.

In the past 24 hours alone, Gaza hospitals have received 79 slain Palestinians, including five whose bodies were recovered from the rubble, and 391 injured.

Since the Israeli military breached the ceasefire agreement on March 18, a total of 5,833 people have been killed and 20,198 wounded.

In the last 24 hours, 549 aid seekers were confirmed dead and over 197 injured, bringing the total number of casualties from aid-related incidents to 516 martyrs and more than 4,066 injured.

 Israeli occupation army continues to attack civilians, massacre them in Gaza

The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Wednesday, to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians.

According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine.

Since dawn today, at least 51 Palestinian civilians, including 14 aid seekers, have been reportedly martyred in Israeli attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip.

According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a group of civilians near the electricity company in the central area of Gaza City. One citizen was killed and others were injured in the attack.

Three people were killed in an Israeli strike near the Joulani Mosque in Gaza City’s Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood.

Another Israeli strike claimed the lives of three civilians during their presence outside the Jabalya Al-Nazla municipality in northern Gaza.

Casualties, including martyrs, were reported following an Israeli attack on a house belonging to the family of Al-Banna in Jabalya Al-Nazla.

The Israeli army also targeted a gathering of civilians near the Ansar compound in the west of Gaza City, killing five of them, including children and women.

Meanwhile, dozens of aid seekers were reportedly killed or injured after they came under fire from Israeli forces near the US-backed distribution points in southern and central Gaza.

An Israeli warplane also bombed a building in Gaza City’s Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, killing seven people.

In central Gaza, five citizens, including a girl child, were martyred in an Israeli strike on a house in al-Mufti area of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp.

Another attack on a house belonging to the Salman family in Dair El-Bala'h in central Gaza killed five people and injured others.

Meanwhile, many Gazans were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks.

The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women.

Two civilians, including a child, were killed Wednesday night in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in central Gaza.

According to local sources, Israeli forces targeted a house in the northeastern part of the camp, killing a man and a child.

18 Palestinians killed in Israeli strikes on Khan Younus, Rafa'h, and Gaza City

GAZA, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) – 

At least 16 Palestinians were killed on Wednesday as Israeli forces carried out airstrikes on multiple areas across the Gaza Strip, according to local sources.

Fifteen people were killed in the southern cities of Khan Younus and Rafa'h, following intense shelling by Israeli forces. Another citizen was killed in Gaza City, after an Israeli strike targeted civilians on Al-Thalatheeni Street.

According to local sources, two  fatalities were reported in northern Gaza as a result of Israeli bombardment in the area.

Eight civilians killed, several injured in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City

GAZA, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

At least eight civilians were killed and several others were injured today in Israeli airstrikes that targeted multiple residential areas in Gaza City.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted a house belonging to the Talmas family in the Al-Karama neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City, killing five civilians and injuring others.

In a separate attack, three more civilians were killed and others wounded after an Israeli drone strike struck a house belonging to the 'Uqailan family in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City.

Additionally, several children were injured, including some critically, in an airstrike that targeted a site near Al-Khalidi Mosque in Gaza City.

Palestinian teenager killed by Israeli forces’ fire west of Jenin

JENIN, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

 A Palestinian teenager was shot and killed on Wednesday evening by Israeli forces in the town of Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin, according to local sources.

Sources said that Rayyan Tamir 'Houshiyah, 15, was shot directly by Israeli forces during a military raid on the town. He was transferred to the Al-Yamoun Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Israeli forces raided the town earlier in the evening, deploying infantry units in the streets and on rooftops, and firing live ammunition at residents.

With the killing of Houshiyah, the number of Palestinians killed in Jenin governorate since the beginning of the Israeli onslaught on Jenin city and refugee camp on January 21 has risen to 39.

A Palestinian elderly woman was martyred at dawn Wednesday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) opened fire at her during a raid in Shu'fat refugee camp in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

According to the Jerusalem governor’s office, 66-year-old Zahiya al-Obaidi was fatally shot in her head by Israeli soldiers in the camp.

Other citizens also suffered bullet injuries during the same IOFs raid.

Three Palestinians killed, seven others injured in colonists' attack on village east of Ramallah

RAMALLAH, 25-6-2025 (WAFA) –

Three Palestinians were killed and seven others were injured by live fire on Wednesday night during an attack carried out by the illegal Israeli settlers on the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that two Palestinians were killed and six others were seriously injured during the colonists' attack.

Local sources stated that dozens of colonists stormed Kafr Malik, setting vehicles and homes on fire, while residents from the village and neighboring communities attempted to confront them.

The Israeli occupation forces reportedly provided protection to the illegal Israeli settlers and fired live bullets at the Palestinian civilians.

Two days ago, Israeli forces fatally shot 'Ammar Mu'taz 'Hamayil, a 13-year-old member of the national youth Muay Thai team, in the town.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation apartheid regime in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) demolished a Palestinian two-story house belonging to Mutawakil al-Khatib in Hizma town, with no prior notice.

Israeli forces also stormed Kifl Hares town in Salfit province and bulldozed a plant nursery, destroying its crops and the agricultural equipment inside it, under the pretext it was located in Area C of the West Bank, which is under full Israeli military control.

Yesterday, a group of settlers fenced more swaths of land in al-Farisiya area of the northern Jordan Valley.

 Israeli occupation forces assault, detain teenager near Nablus

NABLUS, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday evening assaulted and detained a Palestinian teenager in Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiyya village, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to local sources.

They said that the gun-toting soldiers brutally beat up a 17-year-old teenager while driving his father’s vehicle in the village, simultaneously while firing gunshots.

The soldiers transferred the teenager afterward to a house that they had already taken over and turned into an army outpost in the village.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.

These raids are conducted with no need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers.

Under Israeli military law, army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.

623 Jerusalemite homes and structures demolished by Israel in over two months

The Israeli occupation apartheid regime (IOAR) has demolished a total of 623 Palestinian homes and structures across Jerusalem since October 7, 2023, according to Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) governor’s office.

“The demolition list included homes — some inhabited for decades and others under construction — as well as commercial and economic facilities that provided livelihoods for dozens of Jerusalemite families,” the governor’s office said in a statement on Wednesday.

“Israeli bulldozers, heavily guarded by forces, demolished a house today in 'Hizma town in the northeast of the city as part of a systematic campaign targeting the Palestinian presence in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem),” the governor’s office added.

The office accused the IOAR of forcing Jerusalemite citizens to demolish their own homes under threat of hefty fines or imprisonment, describing such an Israeli policy as a “systematic racist practice aimed at involving the victims in its crime and exhausting them mentally and financially, with the ultimate goal of driving them out of the holy city.”

“The families affected by these demolitions have paid substantial fines over many years — amounts that, in some cases, have exceeded the original cost of construction. Despite this, the occupation authority continues to deny them building permits or impose prohibitively strict conditions, making it nearly impossible for Palestinians to obtain legal authorization for construction,” the office explained.

“The approval rate for construction licensing applications remains below two percent as Palestinians are only allowed to build on no more than 13 percent of the total area of the occupied city of east Jerusalem,” it added.

  Illegal Israeli settlers attack Ramallah-area village, assault Palestinian residents

RAMALLAH, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers Wednesday carried out two separate attacks in the Ramallah area, targeting the towns of Sinjil and Al Mazra‟a ash Sharqiya.

local sources reported that several colonists opened live fire at residents and their property in the town of Sinjil, north of Ramallah. The attack came after locals confronted a group of colonists attempting to herd their sheep between residential homes.

In a separate assault, another group of colonists attacked a Palestinian citizen from Al Mazra‟a ash Sharqiya, northeast of Ramallah, causing him fractures and bruises throughout his body.

The assailants also vandalized agricultural property in farm areas of the town.

During the attack on Sinjil, Israeli occupation forces detained a former prisoner, according to the same sources.

 Illegal Israeli settlers torch Palestinian-owned agricultural land near Nablus

NABLUS, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Wednesday evening torched a tract of Palestinian-owned agricultural land in the village of Asira al-Qibliya, south of the occupied West Bank of Nablus, according to local sources.

They said that colonists attacked the outskirts of the village, setting fire to cultivated lands.

They added that the arsonists prevented Civil Defense crews from reaching the area to put off the fire.

The settler violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities.

The settler violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others.

Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law.

Sources said that colonists targeted agricultural land between the villages of Aqraba and Majdal Bani Fadil, where they destroyed trees belonging to local residents.

JENIN, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces stormed the commercial market in the city of Jenin on Wednesday evening.

According to local sources, the occupation forces raided a commercial shop near the vegetable market in the city center, triggering panic among civilians and shopkeepers.

During the incursion, the forces fired tear gas canisters near the Grand Mosque in the vicinity of the raid area. Additionally, Israeli military vehicles stormed the industrial zone of the city and raided a house belonging to the Al-Adas family on Al-Nasra Street.

 Israeli occupation forces continue daily raids and harassment in Nablus-area-village

RAMALLAH, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) – 

Israeli occupation forces continued their daily incursions and acts of harassment against residents of Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, a village south of Nablus, on Wednesday.

Local sources reported that soldiers confiscated the keys of a local resident’s vehicle after forcing him to block the village center with it, effectively disrupting movement in the area.

Foot patrols of Israeli soldiers were seen spreading throughout the village’s streets, stopping and searching vehicles and residents, and imposing further restrictions on daily life.

Additionally, the forces also continued to use a residential building in the village as a military outpost.

Israeli occupation forces demolish perimeter walls northeast of Jerusalem

JERUSALEM, June 25, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday demolished perimeter walls in the town of Anata, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

The head of the Anata Municipality, Raha al-Refai told WAFA that Israeli forces demolished walls belonging to local residents in the eastern part of the town, under the pretext of being constructed without Israeli-issued permits.

More than 100 homes and structures in the town face demolition, including 21 at imminent risk due to the absence of appeals or freeze orders from Israeli courts.

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has called on the UN and international humanitarian organizations to move beyond superficial condemnations and adopt a clear, decisive stance against the escalating Israeli attacks on civilians in the Gaza Strip, particularly near aid distribution centers.

According to Euro-Med, since May 27, over 500 civilians — including approximately 55 in a single day — have been killed near these centers by Israeli forces, who continue to use military force in the midst of a tight blockade on Gaza that has created severe starvation and humanitarian suffering.

“Through the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, Israel has introduced a new killing mechanism cloaked in a humanitarian facade, further escalating the genocide in the Gaza Strip. By using military force and maintaining illegal control and blockade, it has created a reality where starving individuals are forced to risk their lives for meager amounts of food,” Euro-Med said in a statement on Wednesday.

Euro-Med warned that the international community’s failure to hold Israel accountable and to ensure the safe operation of independent relief organizations would enable continued Israeli crimes and impunity.

Euro-Med explained that UN bodies such as the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Human Rights Council must utilize their field monitoring and analytical tools to identify responsible parties and individuals, and support judicial accountability to prevent further Israeli atrocities.

Furthermore, Euro-Med emphasized the urgent need to support the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which plays a critical role in providing basic needs to hundreds of thousands of Gazans.

The organization stressed that without decisive international action, the systematic patterns of killing and starvation in Gaza would continue unabated, with devastating consequences for the civilian population.

UNRWA: Gaza faces horrific conditions as global focus shifts away

UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini has warned that international attention on Gaza is fading dangerously as Israel’s war on the Strip continues unabated, describing the humanitarian situation as “extremely dire” under the ongoing Israeli genocide.

Speaking to Anadolu Agency on Wednesday, Lazzarini noted that since Israel launched its attacks on Iran on June 13, the global spotlight has shifted away from Gaza, even as Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continue daily bombings and displacements across the besieged territory.

“People in Gaza are still fleeing every day. They feel completely trapped because of the so-called aid regime imposed by Tel Aviv,” Lazzarini said, referencing the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation—a limited aid plan initiated by Israel and the US on May 27 without United Nations or international oversight.

According to UNRWA, this aid mechanism has forced thousands of starving Palestinians to risk their lives approaching designated distribution points, where they are often met with Israeli fire. “People are asking: Do I let my family starve to death? Or do I risk my life for food? We are facing a truly horrific situation,” Lazzarini said.

He expressed hope that the recently announced ceasefire between Israel and Iran—brokered by Qatar and the US—would prove durable and allow renewed international focus on Gaza’s worsening crisis.

“We urgently need de-escalation in a region that cannot afford another war,” Lazzarini stressed. “I hope this ceasefire will let us refocus on Gaza—on securing a truce, releasing prisoners, lifting the blockade, and delivering unrestricted humanitarian aid at scale,” he added.

Lazzarini added that during previous truces, UNRWA demonstrated it could effectively address hunger and that aid convoys are currently waiting at Gaza’s borders, ready to enter once access is granted.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel—with full backing from the United States—has been carrying out what international human rights bodies describe as a genocidal war against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

The toll so far: over 187,000 Palestinians killed or wounded, more than 11,000 missing, and a famine claiming increasing numbers of lives, especially among children. Hundreds of thousands remain forcibly displaced, living amid widespread destruction and under a total blockade.
