In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

In the joint statement, the signatories declared that they come together with a simple, urgent message: “The war in Gaza must end now.” They stressed that the suffering of civilians in Gaza has reached new depths, adding that the Israeli government’s aid delivery model is dangerous, fuels instability, and deprives Palestinians in Gaza of human dignity. “We condemn the drip feeding of aid and the inhumane killing of civilians, including children, seeking to meet their most basic needs of water and food. It is horrifying that over 800 Palestinians have been killed while seeking aid.” The signatories described the Israeli government’s denial of essential humanitarian assistance to the civilian population as unacceptable. “Israel must comply with its obligations under international humanitarian law.” They called on the Israeli government to immediately lift restrictions on the flow of aid and to urgently enable the UN and humanitarian NGOs to do their life-saving work safely and effectively. The statement further called on all parties to protect civilians and uphold the obligations of international humanitarian law. The signatories rejected proposals to remove the Palestinian population into a so-called “humanitarian city,” calling them completely unacceptable. They emphasized that permanent forced displacement constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law. “We strongly oppose any steps towards territorial or demographic change in the Occupied Palestinian Territories. The E1 settlement plan announced by Israel’s Civil Administration, if implemented, would divide a Palestinian state in two, marking a flagrant breach of international law and critically undermining the two-state solution. Meanwhile, settlement building across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, has accelerated while settler violence against Palestinians has soared. This must stop.” They said: “We urge the parties and the international community to unite in a common effort to bring this terrible conflict to an end, through an immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire. Further bloodshed serves no purpose. We reaffirm our complete support to the efforts of the US, Qatar and Egypt to achieve this.” Finally, the statement concluded by affirming readiness to take further action to support an immediate ceasefire and a political pathway to security and peace for Israelis, Palestinians, and the entire region. The statement was signed by the Foreign Ministers of Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, as well as by the EU Commissioner for Equality, Preparedness and Crisis Management. T.R. Note: While giving this lip service, in the form of the above statement, most of these governments still provide weapons and economic support to the Israeli genocidist regime. *** WFP: One person in three is not eating for days in Gaza Monday 21-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The World Food Program (WFP) has warned that “Gaza’s hunger crisis has reached new levels of desperation,” affirming that “nearly one person in three is not eating for days.” “People are dying from lack of humanitarian assistance. Malnutrition is surging with 90,000 women and children in urgent need of treatment,” WFP said in a press release on Sunday WFP explained that “on the morning of 20 July, a 25 truck WFP convoy carrying vital food assistance crossed the Zikim border point destined for starving communities in northern Gaza.” “Shortly after passing the final checkpoint beyond the Zikim crossing point into Gaza, the convoy encountered large crowds of civilians anxiously waiting to access desperately needed food supplies.” “As the convoy approached, the surrounding crowd came under fire from Israeli tanks, snipers and other gunfire.” WFP said it is “deeply concerned and saddened by this tragic incident resulting in the loss of countless lives.” “Many more suffered life-threatening injuries. These people were simply trying to access food to feed themselves and their families on the brink of starvation. This terrible incident underscores the increasingly dangerous conditions under which humanitarian operations are forced to be conducted in Gaza.” WFP said that Sunday’s attack on aid seekers comes “despite assurances from Israeli authorities that humanitarian operational conditions would improve, including that armed forces will not be present nor engage at any stage along humanitarian convoy routes.” For its part, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has warned that Gaza families are facing catastrophic hunger. “Children are wasting away. Some die before food reaches them,” OCHA said on Sunday. “Those seeking food are risking their lives, many are being shot at. This is unconscionable,” OCHA added. “Unimpeded humanitarian access is a legal and moral imperative. Starvation must not be used as weapon of war,” OCHA stressed. *** Israel starves Gaza: Families drink salt water as bodies collapse in silence Monday 21-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Gaza today is not only under siege, it is in the grip of a real famine that unfolds more and more each day, amidst a disgraceful international failure and a silence broken only by the cries of the hungry and the tears of mothers. As the Israeli blockade tightens, the sight of families surviving on just water and salt has become a daily reality for thousands, amid the total absence of basic food supplies and a staggering rise in the prices of what little remains in the nearly empty markets. Water and salt… No other option Sa'eed El-Najjar, a displaced person from northern Gaza, says he and his eight children are hours away from entering the “water and salt” phase, after being unable to secure even a loaf of bread. El-Najjar told the Palestinian Information Center, “Flour is now 110 shekels per kilo, and I don’t even have one shekel. There’s nothing left to eat or to feed my children.” He added, “I see my neighbors, especially the elderly and women, collapsing from exhaustion and hunger. They’re taken to hospitals, but even the hospitals are full and can no longer cope.” Fake soup and hungry children Rana Jabir has started making what she calls “fake soup” for her four children. She explains that she boils water with salt and spices and tells her children it’s soup. “I haven’t had a bite of bread in three days. I try to silence their cries with anything… but hunger is cruel,” she says. Rana describes her suffering, “Hunger bites at my stomach, I can’t sleep from the pain. I drink water to try and quiet the hunger, but it’s not working. May Allah have mercy on us.” Medical warnings of slow death The Ministry of Health in Gaza has sounded the alarm, confirming that emergency departments are receiving an increasing number of starving patients. Bodies are wasting away completely, and children are collapsing… the situation is unbearable. “We warn of the imminent death of thousands if the current conditions continue,” the ministry says. In an official statement, the ministry said that hundreds of people’s bodies have surpassed the limits of endurance, noting that the situation is spiraling out of control rapidly. Martyrs of hunger The Government Media Office announced that the number of deaths from starvation and malnutrition has risen to 690, including 71 children, amid the ongoing total blockade and the lack of any effective international intervention to stop the catastrophe. Mahir Al-Sharafi, displaced from Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood, lives with 50 members of his family in a harsh state of austerity akin to a hunger strike. “We all fast… and break our fast with a piece of bread or a bit of lentils. But the coming days look like they’ll be just water and salt, like the prisoners,” he said. Amid this catastrophic reality, pleas for help continue to pour out from inside Gaza, calling for the lifting of the blockade, the opening of crossings, and immediate, urgent intervention to save the remaining lives. *** GazaStarving, when bread becomes a wish and baby formula an impossible dream Sunday 20-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The hashtag #GazaStarving has seen wide engagement across social media platforms in recent hours, as Palestinians from within the besieged Gaza Strip raise an urgent cry documenting the catastrophic hunger ravaging civilian bodies amid a genocide waged by Israel with American support. Platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram have been flooded with heartbreaking posts and videos showing children, women, and the elderly suffering from hunger and emaciation amidst scenes of devastation. Voices from inside and outside Gaza are growing louder, calling for urgent intervention to open crossings and allow the entry of food. The starvation crisis has led to the death of 70 children and infants since the beginning of the genocidal war on Gaza due to hunger and malnutrition, as Israel continues to block the entry of food, supplements, and baby formula. According to Gaza’s Government Media Office, 650,000 children (out of 2.4 million residents in Gaza) are at risk of death due to malnutrition and hunger. Additionally, around 60,000 pregnant women are facing serious health risks due to the lack of food and essential healthcare. Two million people in Gaza are living under severe famine conditions. Many now go for days without a single nourishing meal, as Israeli authorities have kept the crossings closed since early March. They are blocking the entry of food and medical supplies while targeting the security teams responsible for safeguarding the aid trucks. In one widely circulated video, a little girl cries in front of a destroyed home, saying, “Enough talk about patience, as if we’re not human. We are hungry and we miss bread… and life.” In another video, a photographer asks an injured boy lying in a hospital bed how he is. The boy, his eyes brimming with tears, simply replies, “Hungry.” Other images show emaciated children, their bones visibly protruding, and elderly people too frail to stand. A woman waiting outside a charity soup kitchen says, “We’re exhausted … moving from one kitchen to another. We’re just looking for a piece of bread, and we find nothing to eat. What did we do to deserve this?” Dr. Muneer Al-Bursh, Director-General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, urged anyone with a living conscience not to remain silent. He posted a picture on X of a child who died from malnutrition, saying, “Do not remain silent… Gaza is being slaughtered by hunger. Brothers, sisters … wherever you are, whatever language you speak, from whatever land you belong — if you have a beating heart, do something. In Gaza, people are dying of hunger, children are dying at the gates of flour distribution, and mothers are shedding tears that cannot nourish their withered children. We’re not asking for the impossible … just don’t be a false witness to this famine. Don’t pass by as if you didn’t see or hear.” In another post, he wrote, “In Gaza, food is no longer a right, it’s a deferred wish, whispered nightly by mothers, etched in the eyes of hungry children who fall asleep hugging air instead of milk, dreaming of bread as if it were lost treasure.” He added on Saturday, “Hunger in Gaza doesn’t knock on the door; it lives in the house. It devours people’s lives and grinds their dignity beneath the weight of global neglect.” Al-Bursh emphasized that bread has become a rare currency, and baby formula is not just food but “a promise of life crushed by the siege, an impossible dream in the mouth of a dying child on an emergency room bed.” Egyptian Al Jazeera anchor Zainul 'Aabideen Tawfiq wrote, “Shame on a nation that owns most of the earth’s wealth and numbers two billion people, yet is unable to supply two million starving people a sack of flour.” Cartoonist Mahmoud Abbas shared an image of a frail man draped in a keffiyeh, his empty stomach shaped like the map of Gaza, symbolizing the acute food shortage and total collapse of food security in the besieged Strip. The head of Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, Ramy 'Abdu, posted a photo of a donkey-drawn cart carrying the bodies of Palestinians who were killed while trying to obtain aid from the so-called US humanitarian center. He wrote, “They went this morning in search of help and food, Israel killed them.” Dr. A'hmed Mousa Al-'Arabi reposted a video of a Palestinian woman recalling how Caliph Omar Ibn Abdulazeez once ordered wheat to be scattered on mountaintops so that “not even a bird would go hungry in Muslim lands.” She added, “If only you knew, Omar, who is hungry today. Hunger in Gaza has reached the extreme, and the anguish is unbearable.” Thousands of Palestinians are arriving at hospitals and field clinics in states of extreme exhaustion after going without food for extended periods and with no access to nutritional supplements. This is compounded by unprecedented price inflation, averaging over 500%, with basic goods now many times their normal cost. The price of one kilogram of flour has risen to 170 shekels (a 240% increase in just one week), and rice has reached 110 shekels per kilo (a 175% increase), even though they cost only a few shekels before the war. Gaza needs no less than 800 trucks of aid daily to meet basic needs, yet Israel allows in no more than 5% of that. This has distorted the economy and worsened malnutrition and inequality in food distribution. *** Gaza municipality: Severe thirst threatens citizens’ lives Monday 21-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Gaza Municipality has warned of an imminent humanitarian catastrophe threatening more than 1.2 million residents and displaced persons due to the complete halt of Mekorot water pumping since Sunday and the shortage of fuel needed to operate the remaining water wells. In a statement, the municipality said that the currently functioning wells cover only 12% of the minimum daily needs, reducing per capita water availability to less than 5 liters per day, and in some displacement centers to less than 2 liters. The statement explained that Israeli forces have destroyed 63 wells, 4 main reservoirs, and more than 115,000 meters of water networks. The bombardment has also completely halted operations at the main desalination plant in northern Gaza. It pointed out that large areas of Gaza City have been deprived of water for days, amid escalating aggression and the ongoing genocidal war, leading to the collapse of safe water sources and a total absence of urgent humanitarian response. The Gaza Municipality affirmed that its teams continue working in the field and are holding talks with local and international parties in an attempt to restore Mekorot water supplies and operate the stalled wells. It called on the international community and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to prevent the total collapse of essential services. Since October 7, 2023, Israel, backed by the United States, has waged a genocidal campaign in Gaza, involving killing, starvation, destruction, and displacement, while ignoring international appeals and orders from the International Court of Justice to halt its actions. The genocide has left more than 200,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them women and children, with over 11,000 missing, hundreds of thousands displaced, a famine claiming many lives including children, and widespread devastation. *** Dr. Abu Salmiya: Gaza’s hospitals stopped completely Monday 21-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) Dr. Mohamed Abu Salmiya, director of Al-Shifa Hospital, has affirmed that the hospitals in the Gaza Strip have come to a standstill after all medical, fuel and food supplies ran out, describing the situation as “catastrophic.” “The medical crews are working under inhumane conditions and in the absence of basic life and care needs,” Abu Salmiya said in press remarks on Monday. “Doctors and medical staff feel deeply abandoned by the international community, particularly by Arab and Islamic countries that have forsaken Gaza in in its most desperate moments,” Abu Salmiya added. He called for necessarily opening Gaza’s crossings and allowing in medical and humanitarian aid to save the remaining souls in Gaza. “Gaza is facing systematic genocide, marked by a deadly combination of killing, starvation, and relentless bombing — all unfolding in full view of the world without any effective action,” he said. *** 'Hamas denounces Israeli abduction of Dr. Marwan El-Hams Monday 21-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has condemned the Israeli occupation for what it described as the “criminal targeting” of Gaza’s medical personnel following the kidnapping of Dr. Marwan El-Hams, director of the field hospitals in the Strip. In a statement on Monday, El-Hams said that Dr. Hams was kidnaped while visiting a field hospital operated by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Rafa'h. The Movement added that Israeli forces opened fire at an ambulance transporting him, killing journalist Tamir El-Za’aneen and injuring others. 'Hamas accused Israel of deliberately targeting medical workers through “killing, arrest, and intimidation,” describing the incident as part of a wider campaign to cripple Gaza’s health sector. El-Hams held the Israeli occupation government fully responsible for any harm coming to Dr. El-Hams and hundreds of other detained medical personnel, who are being held in “inhumane conditions.” The Movement urged the international community, particularly ICRC and the World Health Organization (WHO), to strongly condemn the incident and pressure the Israeli regime to release all the detained doctors. Earlier, Palestinian media reported that Dr. Marwan El-Hams was kidnapped by special forces in broad daylight, and journalist Tamir El-Za’aneen was shot dead during the attack, which happened as he visited a Red Cross field hospital in southern Gaza. Other news reports said that Israeli forces from a special military unit opened fire outside a Red Cross field hospital in Gaza on Monday, killing two Palestinians, including a journalist, before they kidnaped Dr. Hams, head of the field hospitals in the coastal enclave. According to the Quds News Network (QNN), journalist Tamir El-Za’aneen was killed by direct gunfire from the special unit that abducted Dr. El-Hams, who is also the director of the Abu Youssef an-Najjar Hospital and the health ministry spokesman. Another journalist was also injured in the attack. QNN cited local sources as saying that the unit opened fire on civilians at a cafeteria near the hospital, killing two, including the journalist, before abducting Dr. Hams. The doctor’s accompanying ambulance driver was also injured during the attack. *** ****** Death toll across Gaza Strip surges to 59,029, over 142,135 wounded GAZA, July 21, 2025 (WAFA, PIC) – The death toll from Israel’s ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 59,029 Palestinians killed, with nearly 142,135 reported injured since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Monday. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a civilian car that killed three people and injured others from the family of Abu Amra in al-Baraka area of Dair El-Bala'h, central Gaza. Four people were also injured, one seriously, after a quadcopter dropped a bomb on them near the beach of Al-Soudaniya area in the northwest of Gaza. In Gaza City, an Israeli strike on a house near the water desalination plant in Al-Rimal neighborhood claimed the lives of four people and injured others. Meanwhile, Israeli forces kidnaped Dr. Marwan al-Hems, director of the field hospitals in Gaza, as he was visiting the Red Crescent Hospital in the southwest of Khan Younus, and opened fire at his assistant Bilal Barhoum, injuring him. The same forces also shot dead journalist Tamir El-Za’aneen and critically injured photojournalist 'Aatif Abu 'Ushaiba, who were escorting Dr. El-Hams and covering his visit. The PIC reporter said that Israeli forces destroyed at least nine houses and three mosques in the south of Dair El-Bala'h City. Five people were reportedly killed following an Israeli strike in Jabalya Al-Balad area in northern Gaza. In Baitl La'hm (Bethlehem), nine citizens were taken prisoners during IOFs raids on homes in the towns of Daw'ha and Bait Sa'hour and Al-Duhaisha refugee camp. Another citizen was kidnapped by the IOFs from his home in Al-Jalazoan refugee camp, north of Ramallah. Israeli occupation forces also stormed Nablus City and kidnaped two young brothers after ransacking their home in Al-Sikka street. In Qalqilya, the IOFs raided a number of homes and kidnapped one young man. In Salfeet, a woman was kidnapped from her home following an IOF raid on a house in Kafr El-Deek town. The IOFs also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported kidnappings. *** Israel issues land seizure order for military road expansion in eastern Qalqilya QALQILYA, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Monday issued a notice to seize seven dunums of land from the village of Jinsafut, east of Qalqilya, in a parent prelude for constructing and expanding a new military road. According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the planned road will serve the illegal outposts of Nofi Menachem and Ramat Gilad, In its mid-year report, the commission documented a total of 11,280 violations and attacks committed by Israeli forces and colonists against Palestinians and their property during the first half of 2025. The report also noted that colonists established 23 new outposts — most of them agricultural or grazing-based — across several governorates, including Ramallah, Nablus, Hebron, Qalqilya, Tubas, and Jerusalem. These actions reflect a systematic policy of land seizure and de facto annexation. Israeli forces issued 36 military seizure orders and one confiscation order for alleged road expansion, effectively placing over 800 dunums of privately-owned Palestinian land under Israeli control. Y.S. *** Toulkarm Governor condemns burning of homes in Nour Shams camp by Israeli forces RAMALLAH, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Toulkarm Governor 'Abdullah Kameel has strongly condemned on Monday the ongoing burning of citizens' homes by Israeli occupation forces in Nour Shams refugee camp. In a statement, he described such acts as a "systematic crime that falls within a deliberate policy to terrorize residents and push them towards forced displacement." Kameel said that Israeli forces set fire to two new homes inside the camp, describing it as part of a dangerous and escalating pattern of violations, pointing to testimonies from camp residents confirming the presence of occupation soldiers near the homes before the fires broke out. The Governor considered that "the accelerating pace of these practices after the visit of the US security coordinator to the camp raises concern and questions about the objectives and repercussions of the visit." He emphasized that these actions are a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and human rights principles. He called on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights organizations to assume their legal and humanitarian responsibilities and act immediately to stop these crimes and hold the occupation forces accountable for their violations against civilians and their property. Kameel also called for urgent international intervention in light of the dangerous escalation witnessed in the Toulkarm Governorate, warning against the continued international silence on these violations, which amount to war crimes. A.D./T.R. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Illegal Israeli settlers assault Palestinian teenager in Bait La'hm (Bethlehem) Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers assaulted a 15-year-old teenager Monday evening with an electric stun device as he was returning from the town of Taqou to his home in the village of Kisan, east of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem). Ahmad Ghazal, Secretary of Fatah movement in Kisan, told WAFA that the settlers blocked the teenager’s path near Al-Minya roundabout on the main road, pursued him, and threw an electric stun device at him, causing minor injuries to his hand. Ghazal confirmed that this assault is part of a systematic escalation by colonists targeting citizens, especially children, in villages east and southeast of Bethlehem. He noted that colonists directly target civilians with no deterrent. Ghazal called on local and international human rights and humanitarian organizations to urgently intervene to protect residents, especially in Area C, which is witnessing ongoing escalation of colonist attacks. Area C amounts to more than 60 percent of the total area of the occupied West Bank and is under full Israeli military and administrative control. Villages east of Bethlehem, including Kisan, Al-Minya, and Taqou, have seen a serious increase in colonist attacks aimed at imposing control over lands and forcing the displacement of residents. This is part of a systematic Israeli policy targeting Palestinian presence in agricultural and open areas. Kisan village is surrounded by several illegal colonies and continues to face ongoing land seizures amid escalating attacks by colonists on residents’ homes and farms. T.R. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continues to steal Palestinian waters, issues order to drill groundwater well in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime continues to steal Palestinian waters, as it issued an order Monday to drill a groundwater well in the northern Jordan Valley for the benefit of the Israeli water company “Mekorot.” Head of the Al-Mali'h village council, Mahdi Daraghma, said the planned well will reach a depth of 600 meters and will be located on privately owned Palestinian land in Khirbet Al-'Hadidiyah. He added that the occupation will seize a plot of approximately 1.5 dunums of land belonging to residents of Tubas in order to carry out the drilling. T.R. *** Attacks by the illegal Israeli settlers force complete shutdown of 'Ain Samya water system, threatening 70,000 Palestinians RAMALLAH, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate Water Utility announced on Monday a complete halt of water pumping from the wells and stations in the 'Ain Samya area, east of Kafr Malik, due to escalating attacks by Israeli settlers on vital infrastructure. In an official statement, the utility confirmed it has lost all technical and administrative control over the entire water system in 'Ain Samya, following a series of direct assaults on electrical networks, pumping equipment, communication systems, and surveillance cameras. These attacks have led to the total suspension of operations, cutting off water supply to dozens of neighboring villages and towns in northern and eastern Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates. The utility also noted that internet and telecommunications services remain disrupted in the area, severely hindering technical access, system restoration efforts, and field crew safety. The Jerusalem Water Authority called on all official and human rights organizations, both local and international, to intervene immediately and urgently to halt these dangerous attacks. It called for international protection of Palestinian water resources and serious pressure to stop what it described as a systematic campaign of sabotage. The authority further warned of an impending humanitarian catastrophe that could deprive over 70,000 residents of their basic right to water, if the situation continues. Settlers renewed their attacks on Sunday, vandalizing surveillance cameras and tampering with vital water infrastructure in 'Ain Samya — a critical groundwater source in northeastern Ramallah. The area contains five active wells, with depths ranging from 100 to 500 meters. The total production capacity of 'Ain Samya's wells is estimated at 12,000 cubic meters per day, representing 17% of the daily water supply managed by the Jerusalem Governorate Water Utility. The Ain Samia wells directly serve 19 Palestinian communities including, Dair Dibwan, Burqa, Baiteen, 'Ain Yabrud, Kafr Malik, Al-Tayba, Ramoun, Dair Jareer, Silwad, Al-Mazra'a Al-Sharqiya, Abu Fala'h, Al-Mughayyir, Turmus 'Ayya, Sinjil, Jiljilya, 'Abwein, 'Aroura, and Mazari' Al-Noubani. In addition, they help supply water jointly (via the Ramallah Station) to 14 other areas, including: Doura al-Qara', Al-Jalazoan Refugee Camp, Jifna, 'Ain Siniya, Beer Zait, and Beer Zait University, Abu Qash, 'Atara, Dair Soudan, 'Ajjul, Jibiya, Burham, Koabar, Abu Shukhaidim, and Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya. The water system in 'Ain Samya serves an estimated 110,000 people, either fully or partially. Y.S. *** Illegal Israeli settlers open fire on Palestinian shepherd in northern Jordan Valley JORDAN VALLEY, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers opened fire Monday evening at a Palestinian citizen while he was herding his cattle near his tents in the northern Jordan Valley. Resident Kan'an Faqha told WAFA that several colonists got out of three vehicles and fired shots at him while he was grazing his cattle near his tents in Khillet Al-'Hamma area in the northern Jordan Valley. He added that this is part of an ongoing policy of pressure aimed at forcing them to abandon their grazing lands and leave the area. Since last summer, more than 20 Palestinian families have been displaced from their homes in the northern Jordan Valley due to escalating attacks by colonists. Three Palestinian communities in the area have been completely emptied of residents as a result, while families from other communities continue to leave for the same reason. T.R. *** Palestinian injured by the illegal Israeli settlers in Masafir Yatta Al-Khaleel (Hebron), July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – A Palestinian citizen was injured Monday evening during a colonists’ attack on the Masafir Yatta area south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron), according to a local activist. Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA that colonists from the “Avigayil” outpost, built illegally on Palestinian-owned land east of Yatta, attacked homes in the village of Al-Rakeez under the protection of Israeli forces, assaulting residents and injuring a member of the Al-Amour family with bruises and wounds. Israeli occupation forces also detained several residents in the village and fired live ammunition, stun grenades, and tear gas canisters; however, no additional injuries were reported. T.R. *** Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Governorate: Resumption of E1 colony plan a dangerous move aimed at undermining prospects for peace RAMALLAH, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – The Jerusalem Governorate has condemned the Israeli authorities' renewed push to advance the controversial E1 settlement project east of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), calling it a "dangerous decision" and a clear step within broader colonial policies aimed at dismantling any chances for a just and lasting political solution. In a statement issued Monday, the Governorate warned that the plan — revived after years of international pressure had kept it frozen — poses one of the most serious threats to Palestinian land and sovereignty. The E1 project seeks to bisect the West Bank, effectively severing it into two disconnected parts, which would geographically isolate Jerusalem from its Palestinian surroundings and eliminate any possibility of establishing a contiguous Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital. The statement emphasized that implementation of the E1 plan would destroy what remains of the Palestinian urban fabric between Ramallah, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem, and would jeopardize the presence of nearly one million Palestinians in the region by establishing a continuous colonial corridor stretching from the central West Bank into Jerusalem — in blatant defiance of long-standing international red lines. It called on the United Nations and the international community, particularly the peace process sponsors, to assume their political, legal, and moral responsibilities and to take immediate and effective measures to halt this settlement scheme, which it said threatens regional stability and security, and risks sparking a new wave of escalation. The Governorate also expressed appreciation for the efforts of citizens, human rights groups, and humanitarian organizations that have opposed the plan, urging the expansion of popular, diplomatic, and legal resistance to confront this and other colonial projects aimed at entrenching occupation and institutionalizing apartheid. Y.S. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UK and 25 international partners urge Israel to immediately end Gaza war, lift aid restrictions LONDON, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) - The UK and 25 international partners issued a joint statement today, Monday, calling on Israel to immediately end the war in the Gaza Strip and to promptly lift restrictions on the flow of aid. *** Germany strongly denounces Israeli aid distribution mechanism in Gaza BERLINE, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) – The German government on Monday strongly denounced the distribution method used by the so-called “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation,” saying it does not comply with the humanitarian standards and principles. On May 27, the Israeli occupation authorities began implementing a plan to deliver limited aid to civilians in Gaza through the so-called "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" apart from the oversight of the United Nations and international relief organizations. In response to a parliamentary question from the Green Party, the German government stated, “It has now become clear that this mechanism is not sufficiently reaching civilians and is not operating in accordance with humanitarian principles.” It further described the humanitarian situation in Gaza as unbearable, emphasizing that civilian suffering must be alleviated in line with international humanitarian law and basic humanitarian principles. The government also cited reports of people losing their lives while trying to access relief supplies, calling for a comprehensive explanation of these “horrific incidents as soon as possible.” Germany reaffirmed that Israel is obligated under international humanitarian law to protect Palestinian civilians and ensure aid delivery. It urged the resumption of UN-led and impartial humanitarian operations in Gaza and called on Israel to allow aid organizations to work independently and safely. Since March 2, 2025, Israel has sealed off all crossings with Gaza, barring the entry of food and medical supplies — a policy that has triggered widespread famine in the besieged territory. Y.S. Note: Wile uttering the above lip service, the hypocrite, complicit German government continues to provide weapons to the Israeli genocidist, occupation, apartheid regime. *** OIC holds emergency meeting of the Executive Committee at level of Permanent Representatives to discuss developments in Palestine JEDDAH, July 21, 2025 (WAFA) - The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will hold an emergency meeting of the Executive Committee at the level of Permanent Representatives tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, 2025, regarding the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the targeting of holy sites in the occupied Palestinian territory, particularly the Ibraheemi Mosque in Hebron. This meeting comes amid an unprecedented humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip as a result of the ongoing crimes of genocide, starvation, and displacement committed by the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip, and the escalation of Israeli attacks on places of worship. The meeting aims to explore mechanisms for Islamic and international action to stop the aggression, coordinate political and diplomatic efforts to defend the rights of the Palestinian people, and confront the repeated violations of the sanctity of Islamic and Christian holy sites in the occupied Palestinian Territory. T.R. Note: The OIC demonstrated that it is worthless, helpless, and fake, as its members have not attempted to stop the genocide in Gaza, or to make concrete efforts to force the entry of food to the starved Palestinian population. Some of its members even provided the Israeli genocidist regime with food and other commodities during the war. *** *** =============================================================================================================================== Editorial
