In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

In a statement, the agencies warned of severe aid shortages and hunger since Israel resumed its all-out aggression on March 18. “For over a month, no commercial or humanitarian supplies have entered Gaza,” the heads of the agencies said in a press statement. “More than 2.1 million people are trapped, bombed and starved again, while, at crossing points, food, medicine, fuel and shelter supplies are piling up, and vital equipment is stuck,” they added. “Over 1,000 children have reportedly been killed or injured in just the first week after the breakdown of the ceasefire, the highest one-week death toll among children in Gaza in the past year,” they added. They described the acts of war they were witnessing in the Strip as ones “that show an utter disregard for human life”. “With the tightened Israeli blockade on Gaza now in its second month, we appeal to world leaders to act – firmly, urgently and decisively – to ensure the basic principles of international humanitarian law are upheld.” Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians, including over 100 children. The death toll reached 1,391 with 3,434 others wounded, according to medical sources. Emergency teams are attempting to recover victims still trapped beneath the rubble. The aggression was resumed amidst concerns over the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Strip given the ongoing siege and ban on the entry of medical and humanitarian aid. Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 50,752 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 115,475 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** PJS: Israel has killed 209 journalists since onset of aggression on Gaza RAMALLAH, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israel has killed 209 journalists since the onset of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate (PJS). The PJS denounced in a press statement the Israeli attack near Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, which targeted reporters sheltering in a tent in the hospital courtyard, killing two journalists identified as Ahmad Mansour and Hilmi al-Faqaawi and left nine others wounded, including six serious injuries. It said that last March saw an upsurge in Israeli targeting of journalists, as Israeli occupation forces killed not only seven journalists in the Gaza Strip, including six as they were covering events but also eight members of journalists’ families. In Jerusalem, the PJS documented 11 cases of summoning of journalists to interrogation and orders banning 11 journalists from approaching Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of Jerusalem. It added that the occupation forces committed 102 crimes and assaults against journalists and media personnel in the West Bank and Gaza last March, including 40 cases of apprehension and ban of media coverage, 12 cases of direct shooting at journalists resulting in two casualties, and the detention of seven journalists, some of whom were released later on. It also documented seven cases involving physical assault against journalists and media personnel, the destruction of three houses belonging to journalists, not to mention other cases involving house raids, confiscation of equipment, placing journalists under house arrest, banning others' entry into Jerusalem, and incitement and threats. K.F. *** Palestine summons Hungarian diplomat in protest of hosting wanted Netanyahu RAMALLAH, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Palestine Monday summoned a Hungarian diplomat in protest of hosting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu despite an ICC arrest warrant against him for war crimes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates summoned the head of Hungary’s Representative Office Diczházi Gábor in protest of the welcoming by Hungary of Netanyahu, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for war cries and crimes against humanity against the Palestinian people. Director of the European Department within the Ministry, Adel Atieh, informed the Hungarian diplomat, Gábor, to convey Palestine’s denunciation of this step and informed him that welcoming Netanyahu was considered a grave act of complicity with Israel, the occupying state, that only serves to encourage Israel to continue the crimes of genocide and forced displacement of Palestinians with impunity. He affirmed Hungary’s decision to withdraw from the ICC, following Netanyahu’s arrival in Budapest for a state visit, does not relieve it of its obligations under international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, particularly given the ongoing grave Israeli violations against Palestinian civilians. Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians, including over 100 children. He added, "It's good that the war has begun, and it's unfortunate that it began this way, but we are changing the reality in the Middle East." On March 2, the occupation forces closed the Gaza Strip crossings to all vital supplies and prevented the entry of humanitarian, relief, and medical aid into the Strip, causing an unprecedented deterioration in the humanitarian situation, according to local government and human rights reports. Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been committing crimes of genocide in Gaza, killing and wounding more than 166,000 Palestinians, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing. It is estimated that 600 homes have been destroyed in the camp, while nearly 3,000 housing units have become uninhabitable. According to the data, the economic situation of the 21,000 displaced persons represents a new reality and challenge on the humanitarian level in Jenin, increasing poverty rates, especially with displaced persons losing their jobs and businesses. IOFs raids on homes were also reported in Al-Am’ari refugee camp in Ramallah province. *** Israeli forces detain three Palestinians from northern West Bank Jineen, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Monday evening detained a three Palestinians from the northern occupied West Bank districts of Jenin and Tubas, according to local sources and the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS). They said that the occupying forces rounded up a teenager along with his mother from the outskirts of the Jineen refugee camp. The Israeli occupation forces have imposed a ban on Palestinians’ access to the outskirts of the camp, particularly the Al-Zahraa neighborhood. Earlier today, the gun-toting Israeli occupation soldiers rounded up a female student from the vicinity of Jineen Government Hospital. The detentions were made as Israel, the occupying power, proceeded with its military aggression on the camp for 77 consecutive days, killing 36 Palestinians and injuring dozens. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation soldier manning Al-'Hamra checkpoint stopped and detained a young man from the city of Toubas. The Israeli occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents. These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses in keeping with its sweeping arbitrary powers. Under Israeli military law army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised. According to the latest figures from Al-Dhameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association, there are currently 9,500 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 350 child prisoners and 21 female prisoners. This number includes approximately 3,405 Palestinians placed under “administrative detention”, which allows the detention of Palestinians without charge or trial for renewable intervals ranging between three and six months based on undisclosed evidence that even a detainee’s lawyer is barred from viewing. The mass arrest of Palestinians is nothing new. According to a 2017 report by Al-Dhameer, over the past 50 years, more than 800,000 Palestinians have been imprisoned or detained by Israel, this figure is now believed to be closer to 1 million. This means that about 40% of Palestinian men and boys living under military occupation have been deprived of their freedom. Almost every Palestinian family has suffered the imprisonment of a loved one. K.F. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish Palestinian house south of Toulkarm, displace seven people RAMALLAH, April 7, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Monday demolished a Palestinian home in the Sl-Gharasat area, southeast of the town of Far'un, south of Toulkarm, according to a local official. A'hmed Darweesh, a member of the Far'un municipality, told WAFA that they were completely surprised this morning by Israeli occupation forces and heavy bulldozers storming the town toward the house. The occupation forces informed the owner of the house, Samir Mas'oud Khaleel, that he had to leave and gave him only half an hour to evacuate, noting that residents rushed to help him in evacuating his house. He added that the Israeli occupation bulldozers completely demolished the house, which consisted of a ground floor housing seven people. The house was built more than 10 years ago and was located approximately 100 meters from the apartheid wall built on the town's lands. Darweesh noted that his owner received a stop-work notice in 2016, along with several other homes and facilities in the area. The case was pursued legally through lawyers from the 1948 territories and through the Palestinian Legal Aid Center in Jerusalem. However, he was surprised this morning by the demolition of two Israeli bulldozers, escorted by Israeli vehicles, despite the lack of any new notice. He emphasized that this is the second demolition in one month in the same area. On March 10, the occupation authorities demolished a ground floor building, constructed in 1990, belonging to 'Abdul Hameed Mustafa Shalabi from Toulkarm. Darweesh went on to say that this demolition is part of the occupation's ongoing policy of restricting Palestinians and imposing a new reality in areas near the apartheid wall. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation forces continue large-scale military onslaught on Toulkarm and its two camps for 71st consecutive day Toulkarm, April 7, 2024 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on the city of Toulkarm and its camp for the 71st consecutive day, and on the Nur Shams camp for the 58th day, amid military reinforcements and escalating operations on the ground. A general strike was declared in the city this morning in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in rejection of the brutal Israeli aggression and the genocidal war crimes being committed under the eyes of the world. The occupation forces dispatched military reinforcements to the city and its two camps, Toulkarm and Nour Shams, and deployed large infantry units within their neighborhoods. They raided and vandalized homes and fired live ammunition, accompanied by occasional explosions in Toulkarm camp, especially after midnight. Meanwhile, the gun-toting soldiers remain stationed in several homes within the two camps, turning several homes into military points after expelling their residents. The occupation forces forced a number of residents of the Jabal Al-Sali'heen area to evacuate their homes in a new escalation of violence against the camp's residents. Hundreds of residents have been forcibly displaced under the ongoing aggression and a tight siege, which has caused massive damage to infrastructure and property, including demolition, bombing, and burning. Several residents were pursed by the occupation forces, as they headed to their homes in the Nour Shams camp to inspect them and retrieve some of their belongings. Meanwhile, several Palestinians were detained, during which they were subjected to abuse, beatings, and threats. At the same time, occupation forces deployed inside Toulkarm camp as part of the ongoing escalation that has affected all its neighborhoods. The camp has been emptied of its residents after their forced displacement. The occupation forces continue to seize homes and residential buildings on Nablus Street and the northern neighborhood of the city. Meanwhile, the occupation forces also obstructed the citizens' movement. The ongoing aggression on the city and its two camps resulted in the killing of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens were also injured and detained. More than 4,000 families were forcibly displaced from the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, along with dozens of families from the northern neighborhood of the city. The occupation forces completely destroyed 396 homes and partially destroyed 2,573 others in the Toulkarm and Nour Shams camps, in addition to blocking their entrances and alleys with earth mounds. According to local sources, at least 93 of the illegal Israeli settlers, including three intelligence officers, entered the Mosque through its Maghariba Gate and provocatively toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. *** Israeli forces to demolish 12 houses near Hebron HEBRON, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces notified 12 homes on Monday of the demolition of Tarqumiya, northwest of Hebron. Bassam Ja'afra, a resident of the area, told WAFA that the occupation forces raided the Shi'b Al-Beer area in the area and served demolition notices to 12 homes, all of which were inhabited, including several multi-story homes owned by members of the Ja'afra and Qaba'h families. He added, "One of the notified homes is my three-story home, where I live with my family." He explained that the owners of these homes have proof of ownership, and that they are located several kilometers from the Telem and Adora settlements, built on citizens' lands and property in Tarqoumiya. Ja'afra and the homeowners appealed to international human rights and humanitarian organizations to intervene to put an end to the practices of the occupation and its settlers, who are attempting to force citizens to leave their homes and lands in order to steal them for the expansion of settlements. K.T. *** Israeli colonists force Palestinian farmer to leave his land near Nablus RAMALLAH, April 7, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists Monday forced a Palestinian farmer to leave his land in the town of Beita, south of Nablus, according to local sources. They said that a group of colonists sneaked their way to the town and attacked farmer Muawiya Aqtash while he was working on his land, forcing him to leave the area. Y.S. *** Illegal Israeli settlers install mobile homes on Palestinian lands near Al-Khaleel (Hebron) Al-Khaleel (Hebron), April 7, 2025 (WAFA) — A group of the illegal Israeli settlers erected several caravans and a tent on citizens' land in the village of Umm al-Khair in the Masafir Yatta area, south of Al-Khaleel (Hebron). Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamra told WAFA that a number of colonists from the so-called Karmael colony, which is aggressively occupying citizens' land and property, stormed the lands of the village of Umm al-Khair and erected several caravans near citizens' homes, with the aim of seizing them. It is noteworthy that the settlers carried out extensive excavations on citizens' land surrounding the homes and planted trees on them, which has surrounded the village from all sides. K.T. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** The Netherlands tightens restrictions on military exports to Israel AMSTERDAM, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Dutch government announced on Monday that it will tighten restrictions on the export of all military products and dual-use goods to Israel. In a letter to parliament, the Dutch government stated that all direct exports and transit products to Israel will be checked for compliance with European regulations and will no longer be carried out under general export licenses. Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp and Trade Minister Renate Kleaver wrote that the desire to implement this is based on the security situation in Israel, the Palestinian territories, and the region as a whole. They added that exporters will still be able to request licenses, which will then be checked in light of European regulations. The government confirmed that no military products have been exported to Israel from the Netherlands under a general license since Israel began its war on Gaza on October 7, 2023. It added that the general license for the export of low-risk information security products, such as network security routers, has been used repeatedly for exports to Israel. It estimates that between 50 and 100 individual export licenses for these products will now be required. Last year, a Dutch court ordered the government to ban all exports of F-35 fighter jet spare parts to Israel over concerns that they would be used in violation of international law during the war on Gaza. A.D./ K.F. *** Egyptian-Jordanian-French statement: Maintaining order, security in Gaza must be exclusively under PA CAIRO, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Jordanian-Egyptian-French tripartite summit, held in Cairo on Monday, bringing together Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Jordanian King Abdullah II, and French President Emmanuel Macron, emphasized that maintaining order and security in Gaza and throughout the Palestinian territories must be undertaken exclusively under the auspices of the Palestinian Authority, with strong regional and international support. The leaders expressed their readiness to assist in this regard in coordination with partners. In a joint statement, they called for an immediate return to the ceasefire, the protection of Palestinians, and ensuring their immediate and full access to emergency humanitarian assistance. The leaders also called for the implementation of the ceasefire agreement signed on January 19, which stipulated the release of all prisoners and detainees and the guarantee of security for all. They emphasized that the protection of civilians and humanitarian workers and ensuring full access to aid are obligations that must be fulfilled under international law and international humanitarian law. The three leaders expressed their grave concern about the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and called for an end to all unilateral measures that undermine the viability of a two-state solution and increase tensions. They stressed the need to respect the historical status quo of the holy sites in Jerusalem and expressed their rejection of the displacement of Palestinians from their land and any attempt to annex Palestinian territories. The leaders called for international support for the Gaza Reconstruction Plan, adopted by the Arab Summit held in Cairo on March 4 and endorsed by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation on March 7, and discussed mechanisms for its effective implementation with regard to security and governance. They reaffirmed the need to crystallize these efforts at the June conference, to be co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia, to build a clear political horizon for the implementation of the two-state solution. They expressed their support for the Gaza Reconstruction Conference to be held in Cairo in the near future. This came in a statement published by UNRWA on its X platform account, on the occasion of World Health Week, which runs from April 7 to 13 of each year. Lazzarini said, "Health workers in Gaza are being killed or injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks." He continued, "While we should celebrate health and healing on World Health Day, we mourn the loss of both in the Gaza Strip." K.T. *** WHO says 90% of pregnant and breastfeeding women in the Gaza Strip suffer from severe malnutrition GENEVA, April 7, 2025 (WAFA) — World Health Organization spokesperson Margaret Harris said that 90% of pregnant and breastfeeding women in the Gaza Strip suffer from severe malnutrition, and that the lack of medical equipment prevents them from receiving the necessary treatment. In press statements on the occasion of World Health Week, which runs from April 7 to 13 of each year, Harris reviewed the deteriorating health situation in the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to a genocidal Israeli war for about a year and a half. She noted that the health of mothers and children in Gaza has witnessed a sharp deterioration since the start of the Israeli war on October 7, 2023. She explained that 90% of pregnant and breastfeeding women and thousands of children suffer from severe malnutrition. Harris emphasized that many women and children in Gaza are in dire need of treatment. She said, "Many of them are in dire need of treatment. No food or medical aid is currently reaching Gaza. Mothers and children are already suffering, and the situation is worsening by the day." She spoke about the period of temporary ceasefire before Israel resumed its genocide, saying, "During the nearly two-month lull, some hospitals were able to resume services, and we were able to send medical teams. We received good international support." She added, "However, after the truce ended, many health centers were destroyed, including Nasser Hospital." She noted that "there are approximately 20 hospitals still partially operating in Gaza, but they are unable to function without medical supplies." She added, "We are currently unable to deliver these supplies. Medical staff are exhausted and lack the equipment even to transfuse blood, and patients have horrific injuries and severe bleeding. Yet, when you speak to them, they say they are still there to serve the people." Harris expressed her gratitude to all health workers working under extremely difficult conditions, adding, "We thank every health worker who gives their all every day to save lives and improve health and well-being, despite all the challenges." Since October 7, 2023, the occupying forces have launched an aggression against the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 50,752 citizens, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 115,475 others. This is a preliminary toll, with a number of victims still under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams.
