While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

EU official: Food is rotting at Gaza’s crossings due to Israeli blocking of humanitarian aid

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The European Union Commissioner for Preparedness, Crisis Management and Equality, Hadja Lahbib, said that the Israeli ban on the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza has caused a humanitarian crisis in the Strip, while aid is piling up at Gaza’s crossings and food is rotting.

This came in a statement on the situation in Gaza and the West Bank on Monday, ahead of a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg.

Lahbib pointed out that returning to ceasefire and facilitating the entry of humanitarian aid are the most urgent priorities in Gaza, where Israel continues its genocide, stressing that Gaza is witnessing a humanitarian crisis due to the blocking of aid entry.

“For more than a month, no aid, no food, no electricity, not even a single morsel of bread has entered”, she underscored, adding that “While warehouses outside Gaza are full of food, food is running out in Gaza and rotting at its crossings because we can’t access the area. At least 100 children are killed or injured every day.”

She noted that the Israeli authorities have not approved humanitarian aid missions wishing to work in the area for some time, and that there are no longer any international staff in Gaza and the West Bank.

“The situation in the occupied West Bank is also deteriorating. Forced displacement and violence have become normalized. This is why we need decisive political action,” she said.

The EU official revealed that the first meeting of the EU-Palestine High-Level Political Dialogue will take place with the participation of Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Mustafa following the foreign ministers’ meeting.

Lahbib said participants will discuss opportunities for cooperation, bilateral relations and meeting the needs of the Palestinian people.

Israeli attacks put all hospitals in northern Gaza out of service

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The medical supply unit at Gaza’s civil defense service said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army had rendered all the hospitals in northern Gaza out of service.

In a statement, director of the unit Mu'hammed Al-Mughayir accused the Israeli army of deliberately targeting the health infrastructure in northern Gaza and destroying all the hospitals there.

Since the beginning of last March, the occupation forces have been preventing the entry of any medical supplies, exacerbating the already dire health crisis in the Gaza Strip, according to Al-Mughayir.

For his part, spokesman for Gaza’s health ministry Khaleel Al-Diqran warned that any further targeting of the healthcare system in Gaza would be like a death sentence for the wounded.

Early on Sunday, Israeli warplanes bombed the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, rendering the last functioning hospital in northern Gaza non-operational.

Death toll in Gaza surges to 50,983 amid ongoing Israeli genocide

GAZA, April 14, 2025 (WAFA) –

At least 39 Palestinians were killed and 118 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli genocide in the region, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

The Ministry said that the Palestinian death toll from the Israeli onslaught since October 2023 has risen to 50,983 fatalities, with an additional 116,274 individuals sustaining injuries. The majority of the victims are women and children.

Since the Israeli occupation army resumed its brutal war on the Gaza Strip on March 18, 2025, a total of 1,613 people have been killed and 4,233 others have been injured, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, on Monday.

Emergency services are still unable to reach many casualties and dead bodies trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads across the war-torn enclave, as Israeli occupation forces continue to target ambulance and civil defense crews, according to the same sources.

Israel's genocidal onslaught continues undeterred despite calls from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.

Several civilians killed, injured in Israeli attacks on Gaza

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Monday, to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians.

According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further exacerbating the dire humanitarian suffering of the population.

Three civilians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli strike on Al-Sha'af area in Gaza City’s Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, according to media sources.

The Israeli army also carried out an aerial attack on Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younus, south of Gaza, killing one civilian and injuring others.

Meanwhile, an Israeli gunboat opened fire at fishing boats off the shores of Al-Mawasi area of Rafa'h, south of Gaza, injuring one fisherman.

Last night, the Israeli army committed a massacre in Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younus, where five civilians were reportedly martyred and others were injured in an Israeli strike on a house.

The Israeli occupation army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women.

Hundreds of Palestinians displaced in southern Khan Younus following Israeli new evacuation orders

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

Hundreds of Palestinian residents were forcibly displaced from the southern areas of Khan Younus in the Gaza Strip on Sunday evening, after the Israeli military issued new evacuation warnings ahead of anticipated aerial bombardments.

In a statement posted on the social media platform X, Avichay Adraee, spokesperson for the Israeli occupation army, issued what he described as a “final warning” to residents across multiple neighborhoods in Khan Younus.

The areas cited include Qizan Al-Najjar, Qizan Abu Rashwan, Al-Salam, Al-Manara, A-Qurein, Ma’an, Al-Batn Al-Sameen, Jourat Al-Lout, Al-Fukhari, and parts of southern Bani Suheila. Residents were ordered to relocate immediately to the designated shelter zones in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younus.

The warnings come amid ongoing military operations aimed at redrawing the geographical and strategic realities on the ground in Gaza.

Earlier this month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the establishment of what has been referred to as “Philadelphia Corridor 2” or the “Morag Axis,” a military buffer intended to sever the connection between Khan Yunis and the city of Rafa'h in the south. This follows the previously imposed Salah al-Din Corridor (Philadelphia Route) along the Gaza-Egypt border.

On Saturday, the Israeli army stated it had completed its control over this axis and had fully encircled the city of Rafa'h. In an official statement, the army said that “Division 36 forces completed the Morag corridor separating Rafa'h and Khan Younus battalions,” referring to units of the Palestinian resistance.

If fully established, the new west of Khan Younus Axis (so-called Morag by Israelis) would bring the total area under Israeli-declared buffer zones to approximately 74 square kilometers—around 20% of the total area of Gaza, which spans 360 square kilometers.

IOFs release ten prisoners from Gaza in poor health

Monday 14-April-2025

NAZARETH, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) released on Monday afternoon ten Palestinian prisoners from the Gaza Strip in poor health, according to the Asra Media Office.

The Office reported, in a post on Telegram, that the ten released prisoners arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Dair El-Bala'h in the central Gaza Strip in poor health conditions due to the torture they were subjected to in the Israeli prisons.

It stated that the released prisoners were kidnapped by the IOFs about six months ago during its siege of Jabalya refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Local media sources reported that the prisoners were released through the Israeli-controlled Kissufim Crossing, east of Khan Younus, and were transported to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital via Red Cross vehicles.

Last Thursday, the IOFs released 80 Palestinian prisoners from various parts of Gaza Strip, in critical health and psychological conditions.

Gaza’s war-torn Al-Shifa Hospital stands as primary destination for casualties

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The war-scarred Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City has become the primary facility for the reception of casualties from across the Gaza Strip following the Israeli occupation army’s bombing and destruction of the Al-Ahli Hospital last night.

In a statement on Monday, Dr. Mu'hamed Abu Salmiya, director of the hospital, explained that “Al-Shifa Hospital has been running at only 25 percent of its medical capacity since it was stormed and severely damaged by the Israeli army in March 2024.”

Israeli forces had withdrawn from Gaza’s largest hospital, Al-Shifa, after a 14-day siege and raid that human rights and media reports say left its buildings largely destroyed and decomposed, burned, and dismembered bodies of victims strewn across the complex.

“In addition to Al-Shifa Hospital, Al-Quds Hospital, operated by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in southern Gaza, and the Red Crescent Hospital located in Al-Saraya Square in the city center remain operational, but their limited capabilities prevent them from handling the large numbers of casualties and patients,” Dr. Abu Salmiya added.

He urged the immediate establishment of new field hospitals in Gaza, equipped with operating rooms and stocked with essential medical supplies, to address the overwhelming number of casualties effectively.

Gaza Municipality: War destroyed central markets, stripped many of their livelihoods

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Gaza Municipality announced that the central markets in Gaza City have suffered massive destruction as a result of the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza.

In a press statement released Monday, the municipality said these markets—considered a cornerstone of the local economy—now stand as stark evidence of the devastation they’ve endured, directly impacting daily life and cutting off vital sources of income for many residents.

The statement added that numerous markets across the city have sustained either partial or total destruction, leading to the loss of livelihoods for countless vendors and workers. Among the markets completely destroyed are Al-Shaikh Radhwan Market, the street vendors’ market in Al-Shuja’iyya, and the vegetable market also located in Al-Shuja’iyya.

Other markets have suffered varying degrees of damage, including the popular Al-Yarmouk Market, the Al-Shati refugee Camp Market, the Fish Market, the Dalala Market, the Vegetable Khan, and the municipal shops in Al-Zawiya Market, in addition to the Firas Market buildings adjacent to the municipal archive building.

The municipality stated that, as part of its ongoing efforts to restore functionality to the city’s main markets, it held a meeting to discuss the implementation of plans to relocate street vendors from Al-Sa'haba Street and surrounding areas to Al-Yarmouk Market.

The market has been equipped with all essential services to accommodate the relocated vendors and provide a supportive work environment.

However, the municipality noted that the escalating aggression has halted progress on this vital project, as Al-Yarmouk Market has become overcrowded with tents housing displaced families, making it impossible to complete the relocation and revive commercial activity in the area as originally planned.

The municipality stressed that these markets are an essential part of everyday life in Gaza, with many families relying on them to meet their daily needs. The widespread destruction has brought commercial activity to a standstill, placing additional strain on the already struggling local economy and deepening the ongoing humanitarian and social crisis.

Toulkarm, April 14, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces deployed military vehicles across the streets and intersections of Toulkarm city on Monday, launching a series of raids and imposing severe restrictions on the movement of residents.

Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli soldiers stormed the Fawwaz Mall southeast of the city, detaining customers and employees and subjecting them to field interrogations. IOFs launch raid and kindaping campaigns across the West Bank

Monday 14-April-2025

WEST BANK, (PIC)

Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) launched overnight several campaigns of kidnapping and raids in different areas in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, targeting a number of citizens, including freed prisoners.

In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped two young men from Sibestya town, northwest of the city. The IOFs raided several houses in the town, tampered with their contents, and kidnapped the wounded Ayman Al-Sha’ir and the freed prisoner Qutayba 'Aazim before withdrawing from the town.

Qutayba 'Aazim is a Palestinian activist and has been kidnapped several times in Israeli occupation and Palestinian Authority’s prisons.

In Jineen, the IOFs rounded up two citizens from the Al-Yamoun town, west of the city. Local sources reported that a number of occupation vehicles stormed the town, where the Israeli occupation soldiers raided the homes of citizens and kidnapped the two young men, Osam 'Hoshiya and 'Imad Nawahda.

In Ramallah, the IOFs invaded the village of Kafr Maalik, kidnapped the citizen 'Husain Mash-hour and two of his children, including the freed prisoner Qassam, and confiscated their vehicle, before releasing the father 'Husain Mash-hour and keeping his two sons in custody.

The IOFs also kidnapped the youth 'Obada Mu'hammed Quneis, 23, from Bait Jaala, west of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), after raiding his family’s house.

A number of citizens suffered from suffocation on Sunday evening when the IOFs stormed Bait Fajjar town, south of the city, and fired teargas canisters, according to local sources.

On Monday morning, the IOFs broke into the tourist area of Solomon’s Pools, located between the town of Al-Khadir and the village of Artas, south of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem).

The IOFs raided the area from the southern entrance of the town of Al-Khadir, known as “Al-Nashash”, and deployed in the vicinity of Solomon’s Pools, under the pretext of providing protection for settlers who had earlier announced their intention to storm the area.

In Al-Khalil (Hebron), the Israeli occupation forces bulldozers started bulldozing lands in Al-Burj town, south of the city, threatening to confiscate more lands for settlement expansion.

These violations come within the framework of the occupation’s continued escalation in the West Bank, targeting historical sites and agricultural lands.

Palestinian calls have been launched to escalate resistance and confrontation against the occupation and its settlers in the West Bank.

Hundreds of the illegal Israeli settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque on 2nd day of Passover

Monday 14-April-2025

Hundreds of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Monday morning and later in the afternoon on the second day of the Passover holiday, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site.

According to Al-Qastal news agency, 1,149 settlers entered the Mosque through its Maghariba Gate and provocatively toured its courtyards under police escort.

During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site.

According to media sources, groups of settlers performed religious practices and provocative dances at the Old City’s Al-Asbat Gate, while Israeli police set up additional checkpoints at the entrances of Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and restricted Palestinian access and movement in the holy city.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack Palestinian civilians, vehicles, and livestock in multiple incidents across Aree'ha (Jericho) and northern Jordan Valley

Aree'ha (Jericho), April 14, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked on Monday Palestinian Bedouin citizens and shepherds near the village of 'Ain Al-Duyouk Al-Ta'hta west of Aree'ha (Jericho), and pelted their homes with stones, according to local sources.

Sources told WAFA that a number of colonists attacked Bedouin dwellings on a mountaintop in Ein ad-Duyuk at-Tahta, pelting them with stones. However, no injuries were reported.

Later in the evening, the illegal Israeli settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles north of Jericho.

Local sources told WAFA that the illegal Israeli settlers pelted civilian cars with stones on the road near Ein al-Auja, causing damage to at least one vehicle belonging to a Palestinian citizen.

Meanwhile, in the northern Jordan Valley, a Palestinian shepherd was attacked by colonists on Monday evening while grazing his cattle. According to local sources, the colonists assaulted a local resident in the Jabaris area, stole two of his calves, and killed a third by running it over.

Violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their properties has surged since October 7, 2023, drawing widespread international condemnation. In response, several countries have imposed sanctions on colonists accused of such attacks in the West Bank.

WEST BANK, (PIC)

A Palestinian man was injured by Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) on Sunday in Al-Khalieel (Hebron), southern West Bank, as the illegal Israeli settlers assaulted civilians, including children, in a nearby village.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society confirmed that its medical teams transported a 58-year-old man to the hospital after he was shot with live ammunition near the Farsh Al-Hawa military checkpoint, northwest of Al-Khalieel (Hebron).

The victim was identified by the official Palestinian news agency WAFA as Ra-id Sha'ban Abu Sami, who sustained a gunshot wound to the leg. Following the incident, the IOFs closed the road in both directions.

In a separate incident, local activist Osama Makhamera said that a group of the illegal Israeli settlers violently assaulted Palestinian residents and their children in the village of Al-'Halawah, located in the Masafir Yatta area south of the city.

Several residents, who attempted to shield the children from the assault, were detained by the Israeli occupation forces.

Further reports from Aree'ha (Jericho) indicate that the illegal Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian homes in the 'Arab Al-Mulai'hat community, northwest of the city.

According to 'Hasan Al-Mulai'hat, director of the Al-Baydar Organization, the illegal Israeli settlers entered the area, threatened residents, and hurled stones at homes, causing panic and property damage.

Since the beginning of Israel’s military campaign in the Gaza Strip on 7 October 2023, violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), has escalated significantly. Official Palestinian figures report that over 947 Palestinians have been killed, nearly 7,000 injured, and more than 15,800 arrested during this period.

'Hamas official: resistance’s weapons “are not subject to discussion”

Monday 14-April-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

A senior Hamas official told Al Jazeera TV that Hamas had received a new ceasefire proposal from Egypt – but the Egyptian side emphasizes that no deal can be reached with Israel unless the Palestinian group lays down its arms.

“Our negotiating delegation was surprised that the proposal Egypt conveyed included an explicit text regarding the disarmament of the resistance,” the official said.

“Egypt informed us that there will be no agreement to stop the war without negotiating the disarmament of the resistance.”

According to the official, Hamas stuck to its position that any agreement should be centered on an end to Israel’s war on Gaza and its withdrawal from the Palestinian enclave. The official added that Hamas’s weapons “are not subject to discussion”.

The senior Hamas official added that the proposal by Egypt includes a ceasefire for 45 days in exchange for the entry of food and materials for shelter into Gaza.

UNRWA: 88 percent of Gaza schools need reconstruction or major rehabilitation

Monday 14-April-2025

NEW YORK, (PIC)

More than 70 percent of the schools in the war-battered Gaza Strip have been directly bombed and attacked by the Israeli army since October 7, 2023, UNRWA said on Monday.

“About 88 percent of Gaza’s schools require reconstruction or major rehabilitation,” UNRWA said in social media remarks.

“This includes 162 UNRWA schools that once served hundreds of thousands of boys and girls.”

The UN refugee agency expressed sadness to see Gaza children being displaced, killed, traumatized and deprived of education as a result of Israeli attacks, which “have been ongoing for over one and a half years.”

“Education in Gaza is a casualty of war,” the refugee agency added.

The Israeli occupation army resumed its genocidal war on Gaza on March 18, 2025 shattering a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took hold in January.

On October 28, 2024, the Israeli Knesset passed a bill banning UNRWA from operating in Gaza, the West Bank, and Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem).

European Commission announces multiannual program for Palestinian recovery and resilience worth up to €1.6 billion

LUXEMBOURG, April 14, 2025 (WAFA) -

Today, at the occasion of the first ever High-Level Political Dialogue between the European Union and the Palestinian Authority, the Commission proposed a multiannual Comprehensive Support Program worth up to €1.6 billion, to foster Palestinian recovery and resilience.

With this Program, the EU reiterates its unwavering support for the Palestinian people and its commitment to a lasting and sustainable peace based on the Two-State solution, said a press release issued by the European Commission.

It will cover the period from 2025 to 2027 and is structured around three pillars:

Support to services for Palestinian people

Around €620 million in grants of direct assistance to the budget of the Palestinian Authority (PA). This is an increase compared to previous years. It will support the PA to address the most urgent needs of the public administration. The funds will also help the Palestinian Authority to continue delivering services to its people.

Most of EU disbursements will be linked to the Palestinian Authority's progress on key reforms in fiscal sustainability, democratic governance, private sector development and public infrastructure and services; contributing to sustainable state-building across Palestinian territories. The EU and the Palestinian Authority have identified these reforms in the Reform Matrix, agreed in November 2024. The EU will disburse its direct financial assistance via the EU mechanism PEGASE to guarantee the necessary controls and existing safeguards regarding the final recipients of the EU support.

Support to recovery and stabilization of the West Bank and in Gaza

Around €576 million in grants are proposed to support concrete projects on the ground to foster economic recovery and resilience in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and in Gaza, once the situation on the ground allows. Thanks to an integrated approach the focus will be on different sectors including, water, energy, infrastructure.

As part of this pillar to increase resilience, we are proposing to allocate €82 million per year to provide services to Palestine refugees via the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), both in the occupied Palestinian territories and the wider region. This will enable UNRWA to continue playing its crucial role both as a humanitarian and a development actor.

The support for the private sector

As part of the Multiannual Comprehensive Program for Palestine 2025-2027, the Commission will support with loans for up to €400 million by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to new finance to the Palestinian private sector, subject to approval of EIB's Governing Bodies.

Mobilizing international support via a dedicated Donor Platform

In addition, the Commission will launch a dedicated Palestine Donor Platform. The Platform will offer a forum for the Palestinian Authority to present the implementation of its Reform Agenda and will ensure full transparency in the implementation of the Program. This Platform will also allow for discussions on key elements for future engagement on Gaza and coordinate international efforts for its recovery and reconstruction, once conditions allow.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
