Saudi-Led Air Strikes Intensify, as Fighting Escalates in Yemen, Scores Killed

Government forces attacks on Houthis sites in Taiz and al Bayda

On Sunday, the government forces launched an attack on the Houthis-Saleh forces in Hamli area, northern Mozza district western Taiz, southwestern Yemen, in coincidence with the bombing of Hissi Salem and Zahari sites.
 
The fighters of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition launched four air raids on Al-Hamli area, killing 9 Houthis and injuring five others. field sources told Almasdaronline.
 
On the other hand, the Houthis fired a short-range missile on the positions of government forces in Kahabob, killing two soldiers and wounding five, according to field source.
 
In a separate context, a prisoner exchange deal and dead bodies between government troops and Houthis succeeded in al Wazea'iyah district. 
 
In al Bayda, central Yemen, the Popular Resistance attacked a Houthi vehicle in Sharqan hill in Thi Naem district, as they were trying to advance towards Arayel site, resulting in deaths and injuries among Houthis.
 
Moreover, violent clashes broke out between the two sides in Ashab Nasser area of Thi Naem district, and lasted for hours.

US drone kill three al Qaeda members in Shabwa

Three members of al-Qaeda  organization were killed on Saturday evening in an air strike by a US drone on their car in Markha al Olya district southwestern Shabwa province, southwestern Yemen, a local source told Almasderonline. 
 
The car was carrying weapons to the extremist organization elements. The source added.
 
The drone was sending light signals to the local population, apparently warning them not to approach the explosive vehicle. According to the source.

Marib: Military gains, 10 Houthis killed including field leader

The government forces repelled on Saturday the Houthis-Saleh forces attack in Sirwah district western Marib, eastern the capital Sana'a, and launched a counter-attack achieving a field advance where they took control of one hill of Marthad strategic mountain. The government official site Septembernet quoted a military source.
 
The Houthis-Saleh forces was using the liberated hill to target the government forces sites in the vicinity of Marthad mountain, the source added.
 
At least 10 Houthis were killed, including the leader Mohammad Ahmed al Qubtin, by the artillery shelling that accompanied the national army operations. According to the source.

Coalition aircrafts target Houthi's warehouse, sites in al Baydah

The Saudi-led Arab coalition aircraft launched several air raids on the Houthi-Saleh forces sites in al Aleab mountain located between Khabza area and al Manaseh area of Qaift Rada'a district in al Bayda province, central Yemen, resulting in the explosion of ammunition warehouse and the destruction of a machine gun 14.5, according to the Local News Agency SABA quoted a local source.
 
 
The aircrafts have bombed by several raids al Arqoop checkpoint in Ahl al Jouf area of al Krishiah district, Jomaida mountain site, Jaif Ahmed Abdullah area, and al Noad valley where the Houthis are camped. In addition to one raid which targeted the Houthi leader Yasser Idrees and other leaders.The sources added.
 
 
It is worth mentioning that fierce battles broke out in these areas between the Houthi-Saleh forces and the popular resistance since four weeks, as the Houthis attacks attempting to control the road between these area and Marib province. 

Arab Coalition air raids kill more than 80 Houthis in Taiz, Sana'a, Saada provinces

The Saudi-led Arab coalition aircraft launched two air raids on the Houthis-Saleh forces sites in Hijat al Jin area of Hayfan district southern Taiz province, southwestern Yemen, killing 12, wounding others and destroying military vehicles. Government forces said on Wednesday (November 22).
 
In the same context, the fighting continue between the government forces and the Houthis-Saleh forces in the districts of  Hayfan, al Qabaytah and Tor al Baha, where the government forces siezed control of al Qahous mountains after the Houthis attempt to regain control.
 
Meanwhile, the Saudi-led Arab coalition aircraft launched on last Monday five air raids on the Houthis training camp in Anjer area of Hamadan district northern the capitan Sana'a, killing 52 and wounding dozens. A local source told Almasderonline on Thursday.
 
The Houthis, in response to the air raids, fired three anti-aircraft missiles from the brigade 140 air defense camp and another sites in Hamdan, and failed to launch the fourth one, the source added.
 
On the other hand, another source in Saada province, the Houthis stronghold, said on Thursday that the Houthis buried about 30 gunmen in Dahyan area central Saada, killed by air raids.

Marib is the Scene of Fierce Battle between Saudi-Led Coalition, Yemeni Joint Forces

In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of about 15,000 people, mostly civilians, the Yemeni joint forces carried out ,Sunday, an attack on locations of Saudi-led coalition’s paid fighters in Harib Nehm in west of Marib province, according to a military official .

The offensive resulted in killing and injuring a number of the paid fighters in Fatem Mount and al-Tebab al-Sood in Harib Nehm.

Besides, a number of weapons were seized  during the attack.

Massive Yemeni Joint Forces in Najran, Jizan

 In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of about 15,000 people, mostly civilians , the artillery of the Yemeni joint forces targeted Saudi military sites and gatherings in Najran and Jizan provinces, according to a military official on Tuesday. The shelling struck the groupings in the military.

Yemeni Joint Forces Attack back Hard in Taiz

In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of about 15,000 people, mostly civilians , the artillery of the Yemeni joint forces shelled gatherings of Saudi-led coalition’s paid foghters in Thubab district of Taiz province, accodding to a military official on Sunday.

The shelling hit the paid fighters in Salah valley and al-Imam camp, killing and wounding a number of the paid fighters.

In November 24,the Yemeni Joint Forces foiled ,Saturday , an attempt of Saudi-led coalition to infiltrate towards Mocha district of Taiz province.The operation , as a result, left dead and wounded amid the paid fighters east of Yakhtel area in the district.

Yemeni Massaive Operation Rock Saudi-Led Coalition in Najran

In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of about 15,000 people, mostly civilians , the artillery of the Yemeni joint forces shelled Saudi military gatherings and sites in Najran province, according to a  military official on Sunday.

The shelling hit the gatherings in the military sites of al-Khadhra, Raqabat al-Khashba, al-Abasah, salah, al-Shurfa, al-shabakah, Thur eyen and al-Makruqa, killing and wounding dozens of Saudi-led coalition’s paid fighters.

In November 22,the Yemeni joint forces launched , Wednesday, a successful offensive on AL-Shabkah site , while the artillery force targeted gatherings of the Saudi army and its paid fighters in a number of sites in Najran, Jizan.As a result of the operation, a number of the Saudi army’s paid fighters were killed in a sudden attack by the Yemeni joint forces in Najran.

Yemeni Joint Forces, Saudi-Led Coalition Exchange Blows in Najran

In response to the Saudi-led coalition’s fatal air strikes that claimed the lives of about 15,000 people, a number of the Saudi -led coalition’s paid fighters were killed in separate operations of the Yemeni joint forces in the regions of Asir and Najran, according to a military official on Sunday.

A number of the Saudi army paid fighters were killed in sniper operations carried out by the Yemeni joint forces off the port of Aleb during the past hours, the official said.

Besides, the artillery of the Yemeni joint forces shelled the paid fighters of the Saudi army in a number of hills off the port of Al-Khadra in Najran, causing direct injuries.

Saudi bombardment rocks Yemeni border areas in Saada

The Saudi-led coalition continue to commit crimes against the residents of the Yemeni border areas through rocket and artillery shelling on the houses and farms of citizens north of the border province of Saada. 

According to local sources, Saudi missile bombardment targeted on Saturday various areas of the border district of Shada, inflicting severe damage upon the farms of citizens in the region.

It is worth mentioning that the districts of Shada, Razih, Al-Dhahir and Manba are subjected to constant bombardment of missiles and shells conducted by the Saudi forces and paid-militias.

Such indiscriminate attacks have killed hundreds of civilians and wounded several others, not to mention the material losses suffered by numerous families in the areas since the beginning of the war in March 2015.

Four Saudi airstrikes rock Saada, Asir

The Saudi-led coalition warplanes conducted on Saturday four raids on Saada Governorate and Asir region, a security official told YemenExtra.

The hostile fighter jets launched two airstrikes on Al al-Hamaqi and Mandaba areas in Baqem District, while an additional raid hit the public road in Al Maqna’ area in the border district of Manba, the official explained.

Moreover, an airstrike targeted Majaza Village in Asir region, official confirmed.

In addition, Saudi rocket and artillery bombardment struck houses and farms of citizens in al-Ghor area in the border district of Ghamr, the official added.

Saudi-led coalition warplanes strike Taiz Governorate

The Saudi-led coalition fighter jets conducted three airstrikes on Thubab District of Taiz Governorate overnight, an official told YemenExtra on Sunday.

The strikes hit al-Amri and Houzan areas in the district, the official added.

Yemen has been under constant Saudi American bombardment for nearly three years, which caused what we see today of “the worst humanitarian crisis in the world” in Yemen.
