US-Led Air Strikes Kill Scores of People in Northern Iraq, 18,000 Fallouja Refugees Mistreated, Tortured by Shi'i Government Militias

The US-led coalition which fights the Islamic State in northern Iraq consists of US-led NATO forces, Iraqi Shi'i government forces, Iranian-backed Shi'i militias, and Kurdish Peshmerga forces. The coalition's continuous attacks have resulted in the killing of thousands of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs and the eviction of thousands as a result of the destruction of their cities and villages.

Millions of Iraqi Sunni Muslim Arabs are expected to leave their cities and villages as the fighting intensifies towards an all-attack by the US-led coalition on Mosul. The end outcome is going to be evicting Sunni Muslim Arabs from the upper Euphrates region of northwestern Iraq and northeastern Syria. 

The following news stories from the official US and Iraqi websites do not mention any civilian casualties, as all reported deaths are claimed to be for ISIS members, who were killed in air strikes and bombardment on cities!

Ameriyat receives 2,000 displaced families from Fallujah, says District Council

Head of al-Ameriyat District Council, Shaker Mahmoud al-Issawi, announced on Monday receiving more than 2000 displaced families from the city of Fallujah and its outskirts.

Issawi said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “The district of al-Ameriyat (23 km south of Fallujah) received more than 2000 displaced families from the city of Fallujah and its outskirts during the past 48 hours,” pointing out that, “The Ministry of Displacement and Migration continue to offer support for the relief of those displaced families and the provision of humanitarian assistance to them.”

Coalition warplanes kill 30 ISIS elements, foil attack on Haditha

The commander of al-Jazeerah Operations, Maj. Gen. Qasim al-Muhammadi, announced on Monday killing 30 ISIS elements in an aerial strike by the international coalition west of Ramadi.

Muhammadi said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “ISIS gathered its elements in the city of Anah (190 km west of Ramadi) to carry out an offensive on Haditha City (30 km east of Anah),” adding that, “The international coalition aviation conducted air strikes on the [ISIS] masses, resulting in the death of 30 ISIS elements in addition to destroying 10 vehicles that had carried mono guns.”

“The air strikes foiled the ISIS attack on Haditha,” he added. 

10 members of ISIS and security forces killed, wounded in eastern Tikrit

On Monday, a source in Salahuddin Operations Command revealed, that ten members of ISIS and the security forces had been either killed or wounded during the repulsion of an attack launched by ISIS in eastern Tikrit, while pointed out that ISIS launched another attack in northern Tikrit.

The source said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces managed to repel an attack launched by ISIS on the security forces’ defense lines in al-Zarka area in eastern Tikrit, resulting in the killing of 6 ISIS members and wounding of 4 members of the security forces.”

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added, “ISIS launched the attack while wearing the Iraqi army uniform.”

Security forces liberate al-Yatama area in southern Fallujah, dozens of ISIS members killed

On Monday the leadership of al-Hashd al-Shaabi in Anbar Province announced liberating an area in Amiriyah vicinity in southern Fallujah, while pointed out to the killing of dozens of ISIS members during the operation.

The commander of the 2nd regiment in Fallujah Shield brigade, Colonel Orans Mohamed al-Eissawi, said in an interview obtained by IraqiNews.com, “This afternoon the joint security force managed to liberate al-Yatama neighborhood area in Amiriyah vicinity, after fierce battles, resulting in the killing of dozens of ISIS members.”

Eissawi added, “The security forces were able also to destroy three booby-trapped vehicles and detonate a rockets launcher belonging to ISIS near the banks of the Euphrates River during the liberation battles,” pointing out that, “The liberation battles are still ongoing in the southwest axis of the city.”

4 ISIS members, including Chinese national, killed in security operation north of Fallujah

The Federal Police Command announced on Sunday liberating two areas from ISIS north of Fallujah, while pointed out to the killing of four ISIS elements, including a Chinese national, during the liberation operation.

The Federal Police captain, Lt. Gen. Raed Shaker Jawdat, said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Today, a force belonging to the Fourth Commandoes Regiment of the Federal Police advanced from al-Saqalawiya into the city of Fallujah, resulting in the liberation of the areas of al-Nahar and Sakkat al-Qetar (10 km north of Fallujah),” pointing out that, “The security forces managed to kill a suicide bomber and three [ISIS] elements, including a Chinese national, during the liberation operation.”

Car bomb explosion kills, wounds 3 people in western Baghdad

A source in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior revealed on Monday, that three employees in Baghdad Health Directorate were either killed or wounded in the explosion of an adhesive improvised explosive device in western Baghdad.

The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “An adhesive improvised explosive device emplaced under a vehicle carrying three employees in Baghdad Health Directorate exploded, at noon today, in Euphrates area in western Baghdad, killing one of them and wounding two others.”

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added, “A security force rushed to the area and evacuated the wounded to a nearby hospital to receive treatment and the dead body to the forensic medicine department.”

The source, who asked to be anonymous, added, “A security force rushed to the incident area and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital to receive treatment and the dead body to the forensic medicine department, while cordoned off the area and barred approaching it.”

Bomb blast kills, wounds 9 people southeast of Baghdad

A source in the Interior Ministry said on Sunday, that nine people had been either killed or injured in a bomb blast that took place southeast of Baghdad.

The source said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “This evening, an explosive device has went off near a popular cafe in the area of al-Za’faraniya, southeast of Baghdad, resulting in the death of two persons and wounding seven others,” adding that, “A security force rushed to the scene and transferred the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment and the two dead bodies to the forensic medicine authority, while imposed a security cordon around the area of the incident and prevented approaching it.”

Security forces detain 77 wanted persons in Babel Province

US Defense Secretary, Carter, Wants to Push Harder in Counter-ISIL Effort

WASHINGTON, June 06, 2016 —

Though significant progress that is being achieved, Defense Secretary Ash Carter wants to push harder in the campaign to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, Pentagon Press Secretary Peter Cook told reporters today.

“The secretary has not been satisfied with the pace, which is why he's always talking about accelerating [it],” Cook said. “He is satisfied we are making progress in Iraq and Syria, but the secretary's view is the sooner this threat is defeated, the better.”

ISIL Fight Needs Close Coordination

“We've seen [significant] developments on the ground in Iraq and Syria, but this is a fight that requires careful coordination,” the press secretary said. The coordination is daily between Iraq’s government and the U.S.-led coalition to drive ISIL out of Fallujah and liberate the city’s residents, he added.

“We continue to provide support, airstrikes being the most obvious example of support for the fight in Fallujah,” Cook said, adding that Army Lt. Gen. Sean MacFarland, the Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve commander, remains the U.S. military’s point person with the Iraqis in Baghdad, providing advice and counsel to government officials.

Cook said DoD is very satisfied with the counter-ISIL campaign that’s led by Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the Iraq government, with its Counter Terrorist Service forces in command.

Coalition Strikes Hit ISIL Targets in Iraq

U.S. and coalition military forces continued to attack Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant in Iraq, Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve officials reported today.

Officials reported details of the latest strikes, noting that assessments of results are based on initial reports.

Strikes in Iraq

Attack, fighter and remotely piloted aircraft and rocket artillery conducted 14 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of Iraq’s government:

-- Near Albu Hayat, two strikes struck an ISIL training facility and destroyed an ISIL tactical vehicle.

-- Near Fallujah, four strikes struck two separate ISIL tactical units, destroying seven ISIL fighting positions, an ISIL vehicle bomb factory, two ISIL vehicle bombs, an ISIL warehouse and an ISIL tunnel entrance and denying ISIL access to terrain.

-- Near Habbaniyah, a strike struck an ISIL tactical unit.

-- Near Haditha, a strike destroyed an ISIL artillery piece, an ISIL ammunition cache and an ISIL mortar system.

-- Near Mosul, a strike struck an ISIL tactical unit and destroyed two ISIL assembly areas.

-- Near Qayyarah, two strikes destroyed three ISIL mortar systems.

-- Near Rawah, a strike struck an ISIL staging facility.

Rocket artillery, and bomber, ground-attack, attack, fighter, and remotely piloted aircraft conducted 10 strikes in Iraq, coordinated with and in support of Iraq’s government:

بدأت صيحات استغاثة المهجرين من مدينة الفلوجة الأبية، المحاصرة، تصل إلى العالم الخارجي، مخترقة جدار الصمت، فجاءت الاستجابة المحلية والدولية، كالعادة، بشكل تصريحات وبيانات استنكار ناعمة، خشية الاتهام بدعم الإرهاب ومحاولة وأد «ديمقراطية» النظام العراقي. يتسابق، في ساحة الدم العراقية، الساسة العراقيون المدربون على الكذب في ورشات الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان الانكلو أمريكية مع ناطقي البيت الابيض وموالي ولاية الفقيه وخدم الحرمين.

الساسة العراقيون، المتنافخون شرفا، الذين فتحوا ابواب العراق للاستباحة، كما فتح من سبقهم ابواب القدس ( مظفر النواب)، هم الاكثر مهارة في هذا المجال. الكل يتبرأ من دم يوسف، من دم العراقيين، من دم أهل الفلوجة. الكل يغسل يديه بالكلور المعقم من أشلاء الضحايا الملتصقة بيديه حتى الأبد، راميا مسؤولية الابادة المنهجية المنظمة على «الآخر». يتغير اسم «الآخر» بتغير الحاجة إلى وجوده لاستئصال فئة بشرية معينة.

الآخر، في سياق الاحتلال وحكوماته الطائفية الفاسدة بالنيابة، متمرد، مجرم، من أزلام النظام السابق، قاعدة، وداعشي. انه إرهابي لايستحق غير القتل، خاصة إذا كان طفلا أو أمرأة. فالطفل سينمو ليصبح إرهابيا بالضرورة، كما تخبرنا سردية التطهير الطائفي والعرقي. أليست نساء الفلوجة نموذجا لمدن تلد اطفالا يصبحون إرهابيين؟ لهذا تم رش المدينة باليورانيوم المنضب والفسفور الأبيض وجيل جديد من النابالم. التقية تغلف ظاهر الساسة وفي باطنهم رغبة مخفية، بازالة الآخر لأنه سرطان تتوجب ازالته، صرح احدهم قائلا، أنه ثأر يمتد مثل نفق سري مظلم تم حفره منذ 1400 عام، يقول آخر. سنة وشيعة وعلمانيو العملية السياسية، تذوقوا طعم الدم المنسوج بنشوة السلطة، فلا يستطيعون العيش بدونه، يشيرون باصبع واحد متهمين الذئب: انه من أكل يوسف وفي زمن آخر، بعد يوسف بمئات السنين، أنه من أكل ليلى.

تتعالى استغاثة أهل الفلوجة من جحيم آلة القتل الثلاثية. أرضا: مقاتلو الدولة الإسلامية في داخل المدينة وميليشيات الحشد الشعبي خارجها. جوا: القصف الأمريكي. واذا كانت الدولة الإسلامية معروفة باستخدامها المدنيين كدروع بشرية فان الميليشيات والقوات الإيرانية ـ العراقية، المترصدة بالمدنيين عند هروبهم لا تقل إرهابا عمن هربوا منه. انهما، بالنسبة إلى المدنيين، وجهان لعملة واحدة، مهما حاول الساسة تجميل الصورة لصالح العملية السياسية. أما الحكومة العراقية، الموصوفة بالفاشلة حتى من قبل من بزرها، فانها تتأرجح ما بين الولاء للادارة الأمريكية ودولة ولاية الفقيه. الاثنان يفتخران بتدخلهما العسكري المباشر وتعاونهما المعلن، ارضا وجوا، في عملية التطهير المذهبي، والتغيير الديموغرافي، لاعادة رسم خارطة العراق وفق المحاصصة الطائفية والعرقية، تحت غطاء «بطلب من الحكومة العراقية».

هل سيؤدي احتلال الفلوجة، أو ابادتها، ومن بعدها الموصل، من قبل النظامين الإيراني والعراقي بقصف أمريكي مكثف، وبتواجد الفرقة الذهبية المدربة أمريكيا، وحتى حشد العشائر، إلى التخلص من تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية؟ يخطئ من يظن ذلك، خاصة، وروح الانتقام باتت مغموسة بالدم لدى كل الاطراف، في غياب المساءلة القانونية وتحقيق العدالة، ومع تزايد ضحايا القصف والحصار والتجويع والاعتقال والتعذيب والتهجير القسري، في مناطق دون غيرها، ومع انكماش الروح الوطنية ازاء التكتل السياسي الطائفي والعرقي. ان المحاصصة، بانواعها، التي زرعها المحتل ورعاها ساسة الفساد المالي والاداري معه، تهدد عمق المجتمع العراقي بالتشظي ويزداد التهديد خطورة مع ازدياد عدد الضحايا من ابناء الشعب، ايا كانت خلفيتهم الدينية والمذهبية والعرقية.

في فلوجة اليوم، حين يحاول السكان الهرب من إرهاب داعش، يواجهون إرهاب النظام. يتم فصل النساء والاطفال عن الرجال الذين يتم اقتيادهم إلى معسكرات الاعتقال. باعتراف حيدر العبادي، رئيس الوزراء بزيه العسكري المفصل اكبر من حجمه، الانتهاكات ضد المدنيين موجودة، ولكنها حالات فردية، يستدرك العبادي. هل هي حالة فردية قتل 13 شابا في الكرمة وتصوير رؤوسهم المقطوعة وتوزيع الافلام على اليوتيوب؟ ماذا عن اعتقال ما يزيد على 600 رجل واقتيادهم، بعيدا عن عوائلهم، إلى معسكرات تعذيب، كما ذكر محمد الكربولي، عضو اللجنة الأمنية بالبرلمان (قناة الحدث) مطالبا بتحديد المسؤولين ؟ ماذا عن مقتل 4 شبان تحت التعذيب ؟ ماذا عن المخفي من الانتهاكات؟

بعيدا عن الفلوجة، في مدينة الموصل، غارات التحالف الدولي مستمرة. الضحايا، غالبا، لايذكرون، فقتل 10 مدنيين مشرعن حسب قرار وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية الجديد حول»الأضرار الجانبية للقصف» الذي يقرره القادة الميدانيون، بدون حاجتهم لاستشارة الأعلى منهم.. يقول المتحدث باسم التحالف، ان القصف لا يستهدف غير داعش إلا ان واقع الحال يثبت العكس. تقول زوجة أخي وهي من الموصل: «وصلني امس، الاربعاء، خبر وفاة ابن خالتي (فائز شريف صالح ـ عمره 52 سنة) في المستشفى، بعد ان سقط صاروخ على بيته من قبل قوات التحالف، يوم 1/ 6. أدى الصاروخ إلى تحطيم البيت واصابة عائلته بجروح وكسور وكذلك مقتل 8 اشخاص من بيت جيرانه. كان هناك اكثر من صاروخ على المنطقة قرب مستشفى الخنساء في الموصل وعوائل اخرى قتلوا بالكامل (امرأة تقطعت جثتها عدة قطع والزوج كذلك والطفلة قسمت من بطنها نصفين، وقتلت عائلة اخرى في سيارتهم اثناء توجههم لدخول كراج بيتهم).

أحد ضحايا القصف على منازل الاساتذة، خلف جامعة الموصل، هو الدكتور ظافر رمضان مطر البدراني عميد كلية علوم الحاسوب والرياضيات السابق وزوجته». هل سيحاسب أحد على هذه الجرائم أم ان المجرمين يتمتعون بالحصانة القانونية، لأن قصفهم المواطنين يتم بناء على «دعوة الحكومة العراقية».

ان حرية ارتكاب الجريمة في بلد بلا قانون، تثير الاسئلة أكثر منها تقديم الحلول. ترى ما هو الفرق بين صبيان وشباب الدولة الإسلامية، الباحثين عن الشهادة أو وهم الاستحواذ على حور العين، وبين صبيان وشباب الحشد الشعبي الذين أغوتهم دعوة السيستاني للجهاد الكفائي وفتواه «ان من يضحي منكم يكون شهيداً»، مما يعيد إلى الاذهان صورة الاطفال الإيرانيين الذين كانوا يرسلون إلى الجبهة، اثناء الحرب العراقية الإيرانية، في مقدمة القوات لتتفجر باجسادهم الغضة العبوات، وهم يرتدون مفتاح الجنة حول اعناقهم بعد ان وعدهم «آية الله» الخميني بها ؟ أليسوا هم جميعا ابناءنا؟.
