“Islamic State” butchers “a Russian agent”, threatens the Russians of killing their sons in their houses and declares the start of battle on “the blessed land of al- Sham”

SOHR, December 3, 2015

SOHR received a footage that shows an IS member wearing the orange jumpsuit and saying that “my name is Khasyif Maghomid, I am Russian born in Chechnya in 1992. I entered to Islamic State territories under the name Haroun. I came to the caliphate land by the order of Russian Intelligence. I was living in Grozny.”

“I want to confess my real goals in the caliphate land. At the beginning of 2014, I studied, worked and lived in the city of Maykoub. In July 2014, when I was in my way from Maykoub to Grozny the security policemen stopped the car and gave me to the Russian Intelligence branch in the city of Maykoub. A major in the Russian Intelligence called “Shamel” came to me and said that he knew that I take drugs, then he talked about the Islamic State, he asked me about my call with brother Haroun al- Shishani and his brother Abdullah I told him the number of times I called Haroun and when.”

The member continued, “I stayed for 8 days there where I met “Shamel” 3 times. He suggested travelling to the Islamic State, I agreed and signed all papers as a contract between me and the Russian Intelligence. “Shamel” taught me how to deal and communicate, there was no direct communication, but there was a mediator called “Grant”. I had to communicate with him one time a month. They asked to me to search for those who want to go back to Caucasia in order to fight the Russian as well as where and when the brothers want to carry out bombs in Russia. I had to give the mediator more information and details such as names, photos, addresses and headquarters.”

“After 8 days, I went to Grozny and issued a passport, after that I travelled to Istanbul where I met the man that sends the young men from Turkey to Islamic State. In August 26, 2014, I arrived in the Caliphate land with a battalion sent to Iraq. After I went back from Iraq I told the Intelligence about Haroun and Abdullah but they were martyred, a month later I informed them about a brother from Caucasia; the security men found it difficult to recognize the persons because the brothers in the Islamic State change their names. I called the Intelligence 5 times and informed them about 5 or 6 brothers. In the last call, I told them about a brother who studies medicine, after that “Shamel” asked me to wait. I was waiting his order until the security men in IS arrested me.”

Then, an IS militant appears in the footage, where he makes the member, who wears the orange jumpsuit, to kneel in front of him and sends a message to the Russian president saying “listen to me the dog Putin and his followers, the regime has shelled us before you came, then US and its allies have also shelled us, and today you are shelling us, but that does nothing to us other than increasing our belief and steadfast. What did you do by your shelling but to kill Muslim women, children, and old people! We have waited for you to join those oppressors because we know about your bloody history in Afghanistan, Chechenya and Caucasia.”

“O the Russian Kuffar, we have wished and searched all the ways for meeting you. However, al- Hamdolellah you have come by yourselves to us. Today, here on this blessed land the battle starts; blood for blood and destruction for destruction,” the IS militants added.

“O people of Russia, you are being driven to a new defeat, O Russian people, you are not going to find safety in your houses, we are going to kill your sons for every child killed here, we are going to destroy your houses for every house destroyed here, O the mothers of Russians hold your sons otherwise their destiny is going to be like that”, then the militant slaughter the “Russian member” using a knife.
