An explosion blew up a section of Iraq's northern oil export pipeline on Tuesday and set it on fire, but exports to Turkey kept flowing, oil officials and police said. An Israeli tank, positioned in the illegal settlement of Navih Dikalim, fired a shell on Palestinian homes in the Khan Younis refugee camp, wounding Hasna' Shahwan ,5, and her brother Hassan,3, leaving them in moderate injuries (IPC, 10/19/04).
