Israeli occupation destruction of the border area between
Palestine and Egypt in Rafah resembled the 1948 Catastrophe
when 1.3 million Palestinians became stateless and about a
million of them became homeless refugees. About 300
of the Rafah homes were destroyed by the ruthless Israeli
occupation forces leaving about 1,500 of the camp residents
