To the supporters of Israel:
The money and military equipment you give away to Israel
were used yesterday in blowing up 18 Palestinian houses in
Khan Younis, Gaza Strip, for no other reason than clearing
the area near an illegal Israeli settlement. Support
for Israel means homelessness and despair for Palestinian
children (Al-Anwar, 12/16/03). |

settlement in Khan Younis. Two Palestinian workers were
killed by the trigger-happy Israeli soldiers in northern
Gaza Strip. (Alittihad, 12/16/03). |

16 that the capture of Saddam Hussein would hurt the
anti-American insurgency. (Photo by Ali Jasim/Reuters,

An Iraqi man flashes a victory sign (which means we'll

Saddam Hussein during a rally supporting him in Mosul
December 16, 2003. An outburst of violence showed Saddam
Hussein's capture offered no quick fix to Iraq's woes.

Should Saddam go to trial alone?
What about those who supplied him with chemical weapons?
What about those who gave both parties (Iranians and
Iraqis) enough weapons to keep killing each other for
eight years? Donald Rumsfeld
received by Saddam in Baghdad, in 1983, who
gave him the full US support to Iraq against Iran during
the devastating 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq War.(Greg Palast, 12/17/03). |

To the supporters of Israel:
This is what your financial and military aid to
Israel did yesterday in the Palestinian refugee camp of
Balata. Your continuous support to the Israeli occupation
means more crimes against humanity like the one above (Alhayat
Aljadeda, 12/17/03). |

| This
photo is a subject of controversy in the Arab media.
Several journalists said that there are no dates on palm
trees now, in the middle of December, like the yellow
fruits behind these two US soldiers, who are showing
where the Iraqi President Saddam Hussain was hiding in
Ad Dawr, in Tikrit. They argue that the photo was taken
about two months ago. Al-Riyadh newspaper argues that
there is a kind of dates called Al-Hilaliya, that may
ripen in winter (Al-Riyadh, 12/18/03). |
