Take Back the US House of Representatives

It is of the utmost importance that the Republicans lose control of the House of Representatives this election. The entire focus is on the Presidency, but the real decision will likely be made by the House of Representatives.

Read the 20th Amendment to the Constitution for details. In short, if the election is contested, which is likely, we may have no President for a period of time .... no ELECTED president .... because the House will APPOINT a "temporary president."

This is the "in" the fascists have been looking for in my opinion. It is the way to put someone into power who does not represent the people and can get away with doing terrible things to corrupt our form of government, even worse than those things Bush has done!

Every one of the 435 representatives is up for re-election. It's entirely possible that we can persuade enough people to vote the Republicans OUT of power and the Democrats and independents INTO power. This gives us a chance to stop the complete takeover of our government by the fascist republicans who are now running it.

That's an opinion, mind you, the "fascists" part of it. The 20th amendment is what it is and we should all pause to consider who will be SELECTING the next President.

King liar Bush W. and vice King liar Chaney's, pants are falling down over "Their" War in Iraq. They are doing what's desired by Country A. "Israel." As they make their decisions based on their script fiction writer "Douglas Feith" at the Pentagon, DOD.

The Bush/Chaney team gets the spoils in sacking the Iraqi Bank Accounts the Confiscated out of American and Western Banks. "The Bremer Administration Embezzled $8.8 billion (Al-Jazeerah, October 17, 2004)" to take at will for their friends as they believe.

Send us your Sons and Daughters and we will send you the Maimed, Injured and Body Bags. As we keep the Money and sell all the Oil we can. Mr. and Miss America.

A war based on Sham Fiction Writers is "Immoral." Why should the Iraqis suffer and die because of these Lies? The only answer is they should not. There needs to be a total Stand Down by both sides, for Iraqis and American Elections, Then Negotiations to end this Sham war for Israel. Then move our troops to Palestine and bring to reality the "Road Map as Originally Drafted."

Redesigned BADIL Web Site now at www.badil.org

BADIL has redesigned its web site and added new features including upcoming events/activities, backgrounders plus news and links from newspapers around the world and from other orgnizations.

The web site continues to have the latest BADIL press releases and bulletins as they are issued and the site is regularly updated when new information is available. The site also contains links to partner organizations, UN bodies, information on international law, residency rights and the status of Jerusalem. The history of the Palestinian refugee issue, who and how many they are and where they live are also quickly available.

BADIL publications can also be retrieved from the web site: the quarterly magazine al-Majdal, the annual survey of Palestinian refugees, information and discussion briefs, legal papers and conference reports. Also included are historical photos and up-to-date photos.
