Next Michael Moore Documentary?

The next Michael Moore documentary should clearly deal with the transformation of the Israelis from oppressed to oppressors. The screen should be split in two. On the left we would witness a historical review of the horrendous Nazi oppression of the Jews, the confiscation of their property, the destruction of their ghettos, their humiliation in the concentration camps etc.

Parallel to this, we would see, on the right hand side of the screen the historical expulsion of the Palestinians from their land/olive groves, their dispossession and incarceration in refugee camps, the many massacres, the destruction of homes as collective punishment, targeted murders (assassinations), the firing of rockets into civilian areas, the killing of peace activists, the apartheid wall etc etc etc.

Shots could be interspersed showing the studied callousness of the occupiers in Poland and France and now in Palestine. Those 'Hintermaenner' who! supported Hitler and those who now prop up Israel with tanks etc. might be revealed.

I am just amazed. Why wasn't this film been made long ago? Come on film makers!

The American Hostage Paul Johnson and the Palestinian People

Dear Editor,

I do not think that Palestinians should pay for crimes committed by others that are non-Palestinians, but this is what will happen if that man is harmed or killed. Many in the US will not see things the way they are they will just decide that Palestinians are just terrorists. It would not be hard for the US leadership to use this terrible event and compare it to the Palestinian struggle for freedom. I will tell you this the US media is not very kind to the Palestinians, and will use anything it can to make the peace process harder.

All I was saying if these men in Saudi Arabia really care about the Palestinian people then hurting this man is wrong and will only make things harder for the Palestinians. I hate that many in my country are so narrow minded, and cannot look beyond what they see on TV, but that's the way it is here. Adding anger to the equation will not promote more understanding, but will fuel the fire. We both see that these are two separate issues, but many here in the US w! ill not see this. I believe that non-violence is the only answer, and think that every human life is worth more than all the wealth on earth. One life lost is one too many.

I will be honest with you many around me including my family do not see things as I do. They believe that Palestinians are just terrorists, and cannot understand why I so strongly support there struggle for freedom. Maybe one day people here will look to there heart, and take off there blinders. I am sorry I did not make my thoughts clearer, but I have such a deep love in my heart for the Palestinian people that I get very emotional when I talk about them.

U.S. Trucks Carrying Radioactive Materials Intercepted In Iraq-Kuwait Border

In the wake of findings by UN and several other US and non-US sources, the Bush, Cheney, Blair accusations of Iraq storing Weapons of Mass Destruction, proven to be a pack of blatant untruth of the first order, belatedly, the US-led coalition is now trying to ship radio-active material from Kuwait to Iraq, possibly to declare to the world, that "Eureka' we did find the 'smoking gun'.

In the event, some 'dumb' inspectors at the Kuwaiti border, took their job seriously and exposed the conspiracy being hatched to introduce fabricated 'evidence' from outside and try to legitimize their illegal invasion of a UN member state on false pretexts.

Following the report first published by UAE-based daily Al-Khaleej and picked up by Tehran Times:

U.S. Trucks Carrying Radioactive Materials Intercepted In Iraq-Kuwait Border

TEHRAN (MNA) -– The UAE-based daily Al-Khaleej reported on Monday that Kuwaiti tariff officials have intercepted a truck loaded with radioactive materials in the Iraq-Kuwait border. The daily quoted informed sources as saying that the radioactive control team from Kuwait’s Health Ministry discovered that one of the trucks belonging to the U.S.-led coalition forces was carrying heavy radioactive materials trucks.

The trucks were headed for Iraq. The daily said that such materials could only enter a country when there is permission from related bodies while the materials were secretly being carried to Iraq. Security forces stressed that no contamination had been caused by the material. The MNA reported for the first time the coalition forces’ suspicious transfer of WMD parts from Kuwait to Southern Iraq by trucks.

The possible presence of WMD in Iraq and its likely nuclear programs were the main U.S. pretext for attacking the country. However, their failure to find weapons of mass destruction in the country and the continuing turmoil in Iraq questioned the legitimacy of the U.S. war against Iraq and their presence in the country
