Bush’s War on Terror Means

Never Saying You’re Sorry

By Genevieve Cora Fraser

Because they will not bend

To our will we must kill

The power-grab by extreme

And ruthless forces

With US or against US

Vanquished they will be

Crushed by the might

Of the Land of the Free

A proud and independent

People buried in a soccer field

Trucked in body parts

Remains unmarked and free

Blocked from fleeing

Bombs and bullets

Fly free not liberty

Al-Sadr’s insurgent

Ingrates not one

Will escape US

Liberators that we be

The War on Terror

Is inside us outside

All around us

Martyrs on a crusade

To protect Iraq

From freedom their

Way it is our way

Or the Highway

To liberate the oil

From terrorist nations

At war we’ll ever be

Iraq’s transition is

Unshaken more

Troops more troops

My kingdom

For a horse

The Terrorists

Are here to stay

My George Bush October Surprise Contest:  Guess the correct place/date and win $50!

By Jane Stillwater

"As things heat up at the White House, do you think George Bush will stage his `October Surprise' early?" a friend just asked me.

"No," I replied.  "Bush will be in jail by then."  But unfortunately we do not live in a perfect world and George Bush seems to be able to get away with an amazing amount of stuff that would have had you or me in jail forever -- so I need to make contingency plans.  It's almost a done deal that there WILL be an "October Surprise".  It is just a matter of what it is going to be -- and when.

We can't just assume that a man who spent his childhood blowing up frogs is going to change his ways -- so I am assuming that Bush's "October Surprise" will probably have something to do with things that go BOOM.

Let's look at the facts.  First Bush blew up the frogs.  Then he moved on to bigger things.  Did he blow up New York City next?  Not according to John Ashcroft.  After 9-11, however, Bush went on to blow up Afghanistan, Haiti and Iraq.  Is there a pattern here?  You bet!

And I will take your bet.

Just enter my new "What will Bush blow up next?" contest.  If you are the first to guess correctly what the time and place of Bush's 2004 "October Surprise" will be, you will win $50!

Let's just hope that the winning answer won't be "California".

My opinion about this ugly war

Dear Sirs,

I just wanted to have a look on Al Jazzerah's Internet Site. But I wanted to tell you, as a Belgian woman, I think it is time for a dialogue, sincere for both sides.

I do not agree at all with Ariel Sharon and the Bush. The father Bush was a friend of Bin Laden and Saddam, concerning delivery of weapons.... and now.... what happens ? Bush is shouting about terrorists. I cannot forget Vietnam where more than a million poor people were killed, and in which horrible way. With fire. The Americans seem to be dressed to kill in their army. I think also that we Europeans and Americans wanted always to mix in the internal affairs of other people. In a peaceful way, ok, but the facts are different. I am so afraid that Americans who contribute to the terrorism everywhere, will dominate all our planet. They are everywhere now.

I do not believe at all Jews agree with the war against Palestine, and now in Europe, the Jews pay for Ariel Sharon.

Peace is so wonderful, why war ? For petrol, money, weapons. The Americans are more and more hated in the world.

That is quite all I wanted to say. I am against any terrorist, Jew or American or Muslim, but I am sure it would be possible to live together and bring each other our culture to enrich people.

All my consideration for Al Jazeerah.

Bush is losing control

Six hundred civilians killed by US forces to avenge the tragic death of 4 Jewish American security staff, condemnably murdered, burned and mutilated by a rag-tag band of irregulars, to register their boiling rage against US occupying forces.

However, even though the world is aghast at the brutality of the both sides, the death toll by the US forces has baffled even the most hardened observers, for the sheer vindictive fury of the field commanders, reported to have been egged on by the neo-cons at the Pentagon.

Iraq’s brutality is a part of history. But to see US forces on a pacifying mission to lose control and follow the Israeli tactic to go for asymmetrical response is a sure sign that the worst in Iraq is yet to come. To compound the tragedy, the deliberate provocation of Sadr’s Mahdi militia, by series of acts designed specially to provoke and invite bloody skirmishes, could hardly be expected to cost the US forces the death toll of its 70 soldiers within a short span of 10 days.

The US public is witnessing a fiercer though bloodless war in Administration war rooms than the US forces in the heat and dust of Falluja, Kut and Hilla. It is apparent the President Bush is losing control of the war, to his over-zealous warring team of planners with starkly opposing strategies, each pushing its own agenda.

The Israeli lobby is working overtime to reap and consolidate the fruits of its advocacy of US power in the Middle East. Supporters of Israel in the administration are poised to force the Bush administration towards more and more bloodletting in their insatiable thirst for Arab blood. However, Iraq’s history has some other lessons. Iraq can take endless beatings, Americans and Israelis cannot.

The two faces of US

The difference between the Clinton Administration and Bush Administration. During the Clinton years, US became the No.1 World Peace Maker and tough in International Terrorism while the Bush Administration as perceived is becoming the No.1 Trouble Maker in the World.

Bush is now shifting from weapons of mass deception to counter-terrorism hulabaloos to justify the invasion of Iraq. Let it be clear that prior to the invasion of Iraq, the intelligence community believed that Iraq was not a Terrorist State and no evidence that Iraq had connection to Al Qaeda. I'm sorry for Bush by not twisting the truth which actually why western media have been criticized by their peers; Western Media in quagmire.

THE MURDERS IN PALESTINE, THE SLAUGHTER IN FALLUJA: SOMEBODY STOP THIS

Dear Friends,

There is a Jenin/Warsaw Ghetto level bloodbath going down in Falluja right now (April 12, 2004). Sources inside Iraq --- and free to talk unlike the Goebbels Media/War Marketeering "InBeds"--- indicate hundreds of innocents are being slaughtered in savage "My Lai" revenge attacks there and elsewhere as the countrywide meltdown proceeds. As usual there is a de facto blackout in our corporate Zionist Lobby owned and controlled media. Please do EVERYTHING within your power to help support poor Kofi Annan in his pathetic efforts to reign in our government and to end their "slaughter of the innocents". Pressure your local media, contact the congressional representatives --- House and Senate ---  and to your fellow taxpayers --- and at least try to shame these eunuchs into a pretense of their constitutional role. Plead with religious leaders, beg the Pope, demonstrate, resist, withhold income taxes, appeal to foreign governments, WHATEVER IT TAKES for you to be able to look in the mirror and see a decent person smiling back !!! That beautiful person you could have been if you hadn't let this filthy world ruin you with beads and baubbles and bullshit. As the little Hebrew peasant girl cried out in Mel's movie concerning the butchery of the human race's Lord and Savior Jesus of Nazareth, "SOMEBODY STOP THIS."

Dear Arab World,

I am an American. Help me understand! Was Saddam Hussein not the brutal dictator who had people murdered and raped? Did he not use chemical weapons on his on people? Did he not oppress the Shiites? Are the Shiites not better off to worship as they please. Is Liberty and Freedom not a worthy cause? Help me understand??????

Amer Ican

Editor: Many countries are ruled by non-democratic governments. Does this justify invading them? Absolutely not. The world would be better off without wars, invasions, bloodshed, and destruction. Conflicts should be resolved in the UN and the International Court of Justice, instead.

Who is Paul Bremer?

Who is Paul Bremer, the US administrator of Iraq? Is he Protestant, Catholic, or Jewish?

BBFellows

Editor: I don't know. Readers are invited to answer the question.

All Messengers of God were Muslims

I was reading your webpage through a link from a news site. I found your link to Islam and decided to click and learn a little about your religion. What I found though was that me, a Christian, was considered a Muslim in your way of thinking. Sorry if I upset you but my Saviour Jesus Christ said that if any angel from God came and started a new religion but said that Jesus was not the son of God, then that angel was from the devil.  Islam states that the son God, the hope for all mankind, is not the son of God. So therefore please do not consider the followers of Christ to be Muslims because we revere him as the son of God, as you do not. So please do not be so egotistical and full of yourselves that you consider everyone to be one of you. How many Arabs would like to be considered Americans against their wishes?

Thank you for your time, my conscience would not permit to not speak out.

Jamie Brown

Editor: I neither have an argument with you nor I'm upset by your letter. I'll just provide you with the information that I know. But you need to read more about Islam or anything else before giving a judgment about it.

The Holy Qur'an, the Islamic Holy Book, states clearly in several verses that all Messengers of God were Muslims. This includes Abraham, Moses, Jacob, Jesus, and Muhammed, and their followers. Thus, Islam is not a new religion. Rather, it is the same religion that was taught by all the Messengers of God to guide humanity in different times.

Concerning the nature of Jesus Christ, the Holy Qur'an states that he was the Messiah who was lifted to Heavens where he is alive there right now. When he comes back to Earth to fight the anti-Christ, Muslims will support him. The Holy Qur'an says that the creation of Jesus is like the creation of Adam. God created Adam without a father or a mother and created Jesus without a father, but he is not God's son because God was never born and never gave birth to anybody. He is so capable that if He wants to create anything, He just says be, and it is.
